So I was praying this morning and asking god to show me what he wants me to learn and wants me to see. So before my drive into work I put on some music and usually it’s 2 pac or something or the sort. Till something told me to look up Christian hip hop and this is the first song that came up. Instantly made me tear up. This is the new song I will have on repeat. All morning I have been listening to his music. I don’t think I’ll go back to regular hip hop. I remember assuming Christian rap was corny or wack bc that's what I remember from when I was younger listening to DC Talk. Anyway, about 4 years ago I finally gave it a shot and been bumping CHH since. Go peep you some Sevin and Bizzle and shoot out from there.. those 2 would make it on my Top 10 lyricist list, Christian or Secular, hands down. If you into REAL hood music, Sevin is that dude pushing Christ in trap for real. Promise, you cant go wrong

I aint ever been in gang nor been in the streets. But being from the ghetto, this resonates and brings tears to my eyes. Maybe not for me, but for those who bought the lies. Those who I knew who are no longer here and got caught up in sin in the streets selling their soul and lost it. Man I never cried listening to a rap song like this "They said a coward dies a thousand deaths, a soldier dies but once. Man, they will mourn you for a week and forget you in a month." So much truth. Thank you bryann for being such an inspiration to all of us. We are living in dark times and the most important message that anyone struggling can hear is that no matter what you have done or going to do, if you believe in Jesus with your heart and mind you are saved and being saved is a finished work, a gift from God. We arent in the process of being saved we dont work daily for salvation... we simply believe in Jesus and it is done. That truth took me many years to get ahold of because of all the law preaching that goes on.

It's important you go to a church that preaches truth! I grew up in church and was lied to my entire life until I stepped into a church that wasn't afraid to speak the word of God, that I needed to repent!🙌
