It’s funny how strength age way better than mass. You’ll never be as buff as you were in your 30’s, but you can have amazing strength way up your 60’s. There must be a scientific explanation, it’s a cool phenomenon

220kg at 76 years old. holy shit. people often just underestimate the weight because they dont lift themselves :D sure ronny did more but he is/was also a freak of nature and ended up destroying his body )best wishes on his recovery). I might not be a gymbro but i am proud of lilfting 110-120kg and im 32, tall and have quite some mass myself to actually help get that weight up. huge respects!

I worked with my dad in construction. And he had a wingman who throw around hundred pound sacks of concrete like it was 10lb bag of flour. He could carry one in each hand and go back for more off the pallet maybe ten trips. I saw him once hit a guy in the stomach and lifted him three feet in the air. Never seen a grown man feet get launched off the ground before. The dude dropped like a wet sack of potatoes. As my dad was driving away with him in the passenger seat I looked out the rear window and he was still curled up in a ball as far as the distance allowed. (He shouldn't have been slapping his girl around.) Nothing was said. Dropped him off at home and came to work the next day like normal. 😂

I'm disappointed to not see Jan Luka here, but also not surprised as he's not that well known despite his strength feats. He's 74 now and still can deadlift 220 kg. He beat Pudzian in a cometition in 2005, could squat 300 kg, do a pull up with 105 kg, bench 222,5 and deadlift 340 kg.
