    For me, deadlift > front squat > weighted dips > incline barbell benchpress > rest :D

    Front squat is an amazing exercise and above a lot of those, but deadlift should not be first. Deadlift is the most time consuming exercise. And is only worth if your powerlifting. If not there is no point of doing it

    ​@@emilio2soon I like training for strenght and deadlift is imho a very good compound movement that generates TONES of testosterone and works many important muscles. I also just get tones of pleasure and fullfilment from it.

    ​@@emilio2soonI'm currently doing 5x5 150kg deadlift, 5x5 80kg front squat (tested 90kg this Sunday and I did 9 in total), bench press with a pause at chest 4x5 60kg flat and 55kg incline (I have better genetics for shoulders, than for chest I guess).

    It does it does!! I would say you feel like a caveman and you feel like you can lift anything after deadlifts. I do like me some deadlifts, especially if your lifting with the homies. But it does take a Long time to set up. And 99% people can’t deadlift with the good form like me.

    A lot of the those power lifters that go to the gym, they got small chest. I mean yes benching will get you a bigger chest but db is the optimal way for the chest growth

    Deadlift is lit when you’re fighting for your life with the homies (PR’). Other than that it takes toooo long to set up and dismantle. And repping deadlift is horrible
