I see my partner struggle with this as we have kids and it sucks in so many ways. Not only financially, but it's tough when not all physicians are like the one helping your dog. Most doctors are happy people give them money 😂 but there's not enough hours in the day for me to work to earn the money for all the doctors visits. Of course my partner thinks she's not being a good parent if she doesn't go all the way to help the kids even if the issues are trivial and will be resolved by the human body.

Chrissie are you aware of any groups for people that have completed ERP? We had one where I live but it shut down. I miss the community, sometimes I feel alone dealing with the trauma but it’s not the OCD itself that’s affecting me, more the immediate after effects of experiencing the symptoms. I am in therapy for ptsd but I just miss the group I had. People that just “got it.”
