When do I exercise on OMAD | What exercises do I do when fasting

One of the biggest questions I have received recently is when do I exercise when doing one meal a day (omad). I have also been asked when the best time to exercise is if you are fasting. I know many people have also been curious what types of exercise I do as well. In this short video I aim to answer those questions and also offer to create an exercise-with-me type of video.     How do you feel about working out while fasted for 20 to 24 hours will this cause muscle damage or slow down how much muscle I gain ?

    Hello my eating window is 2hrs 12noon to 2pm can I do my workout in the morning by 7am

    i just started omad my self im about 2 weeks in and i eat between 2pm-3pm.i dont feel any cravings for food during the night at all.id rather eat during the afternoon because by the time you go to sleep you will be burning more fat instead of waiting until night to eat then go to sleep. thats how i see it you will be digesting all your food by bed time if you eat in the evening but if you do it around 2pm and by the time you go to bed around 11pm you will have already digested your food and will be burning more fat while you sleep. i also weight lift fasted before i eat.

    I want to be able to eat earlier in the day but i can't workout before. 🤦 i don't get to gym til 4/430p and dont get home til 630p...cook and eat im usually done eating by 8p/830p. I really wish i could eat earlier. 😔

    How long is omad recommended or healthy enough to do?? Plus, should I drink the whole 98gr of protein after my workout with my meal??

    I train MMA 4 days a week, at noon, and was planning on eating around 5pm. In addition, I’m a runner and I like lifting weights. I’m considering OMAD, any advice would be appreciated. I’m concerned about the level of activity without food for a long period.

    You’re probably undereating. Your body needs more calories and energy so make sure you aren’t at a deficit

    Please help, should i eat before or after workout, due to my lifestyle i can workout from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, can i eat at 2pm to 3pm my OMAD meal and then workout at night is this a good timing for lean gains?

    Great Videos, thank you for that. I have a question. Iam doing OMAD since over a year, every evening at 8pm. Now I have start to workout in the gym every second day at 2pm. Would it be better to change my OMAD-Times to have good results, because i eat late, 4-5 hours after my workout?

    Why don't you move the timing of your meal like Conor. So instead of 8pm, you eat at say 4pm. You will still fast the same amount of time

    You should workouts at evening. Because right after workout we should eat within an hour

    hi..do nt ever eat ur meal at day time ..always eat at evening ...if u do not do this...u wl gt old earlier ...so eating one meal aday u mst eat at evening...

    Calories don’t matter on OMAD
