Whilst the most important thing when losing weight is to be in a caloric deficit (burn more calories then you consume), the only cardio I did for 30 days was this 5 minute workout - no equipment needed!
Diet and sleep are also essential.

Anyone with basic knowledge of training and nutrition knows this routine will never result in a 10 kg weight loss in 30 days. If one kg fat is approximately 7700 calories, we need a total calorie deficit equal to 77 000 calories to loose 10 kg fat. If this 5 min workout routine is supposed to make you loose 10 kg in 30 days, it means one session is burning 2567 calories, which obviously is not true.

You need to factor an individuals metabolism and he also lifted weights during his cut and went on a calorie deficit in his diet this is just a short hit cardio as specified

@@apollo-gs8ec even considering those, its still not possible. Maximum he could've lost 5-6kgs, even that require extreme cal deficit. Btw, he says he lost weight because of of this 5 min workout in his title, which is misleading.

@@MJ-cg5gy 1kg weight loss is not necessarily 7700 calories. You will lose a mix of water, muscle (especially if you aren't weight lifting) and fat. Fat cells, just like muscle cells, also hold on to water. The fatter you are, the less actual fat will be stored in each fat cell. This is why fat people lose weight quicker. If we're talking about a bodybuilder at 10% body fat trying to cut down to 5-6% body fat then each kilogram will be closer to 7700 calories. A fat person who doesn't do resistance training at least twice a week will burn roughly equal amounts of fat and muscle. If we exclude water weight from this calculation, a kilogram would require a deficit of roughly 5561 calories. Less than 4000 calories if you include water weight.

@@vidyamancer7135 I'm aware, but there is still a limit to how much lean tissue (which includes water, minerals, bone, and ligaments..) can be broken down by the body. Unless you shock your body by subjecting it to some extreme measures of deficit like cyclic starvation (which still takes time), there is no way your body will catabolize enough tissue to lose such a large amount of weight in a short period of time, especially not by doing just the "5 minute workout" presented in this video, which is like i said, very misleading.
I literally lost 8 kgs in one month after a very strict diet and only i know how much i sweat. I can tell you these excersises will never help you lose 10 kgs 😂

Eating healthy and go to the gym at least 30/45 min each 2 days and you'll earn result i did that ans honestly this is a good and easy deed to make for ourself. Unless if you lacking motivation, obviously you'll not be able to do that, i've been lost 7 kilo in a blink, less than a month. The point is, stop being lazy and move your butt @@Jasmin6Aathviha

I’d love to know your diet as well! I love doing cardio exercises but I understand that they’re not the best for loosing weight unless you have a good diet plan (I also will be doing strength building exercises haha no worries) :)
As someone who lost 50kg. There is no way that you lost 10kg in a month without any form of fasting.

@user-sg3ws9to2m I have lost 55 kgs in total. You have to consume more protein and vegetables. Include daal in your breakfast. And consume 2 eggs a day. Drink a glass of milk and have peanuts. If possible consume fish and chicken. Your roti intake should be at 6 in total. Consuming higher protein and lower carbs will help retain muscle mass otherwise you will lose muscle and not fat. If possible do pushups and walking/jogging. They will maintain and increase your muscle slightly.

10kg is a huge stretch, thou, I did loose 7.5kg but along with a huge calorie deficit so yeah this is effective a 5 minutes workout per day.

This is literally amazing .. I am final med student and almost gain weight rather then losing it.. the stress is real so .. I tend to skip it but only cardio doesn't help for me like I have to one schedule lower body , upper body , hiit idk this don't suits me so but keep updating so we can check more power to you 👍👍

After all things i done,i remain at jumping knees to the chest because i cant lift my legs anymore ❤ And i only can do 2 reps
I've accepted it I'll always within the 65 to 61kg range at 5'4 i wasn't designed to be skinny

@@moonrxys.6 logically you should already know, that you can't burn fat from only one part of your body, you can target some muscles more than others, doing abs or glutes, but you will lose fat overall. If you want your muscles shoving ,you have to drop total fat %

well , there is no way of isolating fat but if you are in a calorie deficit then you'll definitely lose fat

You only lose fat in cardio when you are in a calorie deficit only but if you are not in a calorie deficit in cardio you will only lose calories

Safe weight loss in a week is 1kilo, more than 1kilo per week is gonna be difficult, possible but difficult,Also its dangerous to loss weight rapidly, our body is not design to loss weight rapidly even if you do exercise and proper diet.

10 kg in one month is impossible unless it's mostly water weight
This is an excellent full-body workout, but it will never result in 22 lbs of weight lost in one month. I run for an hour multiple times a week and watch what I eat, and the most I can lose is 1.5 lbs a week lol.
