Right on man. This is my first time watching one of your videos. I learned a lot about nutrition here. Thank you for sharing bro. I’m 300+ setting my goal for 200-225. I will definitely be watching more of your videos.
Thanks for sharing this video, I fell off with my overall nutrition . This info helps me to get a started eating clean to get the lean body I’ve always wanted. Thanks Chris , please post more on nutrition in conjunction with training for better results!!
I very rarely watch any other fitness KZreadrs(or any KZreadrs for that matter) but Chris and about 2 other people and Chris has by far helped me the most with my fitness journey as far as dieting and training goes. I just implement everything he says and tweak for my own personal factors and I have gotten in the best shape of my life.
Hey Chris, I have been following you since 2016 and I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing work,I got cured from depression and I learned a lot of new skills. I started with 5 pull ups,25 pushups and 15 dips and now I can do muscle ups, hold a front lever for 15-20 secs, pull ups increased to 15+,dips increased to 25 and my max pushups are 50+ in one set. Thank you for all your motivation and keep up the amazing work.

Just found you on KZread and I’m starting my journey today with your tips and help and see how this works out. Amazing knowledge way different from everyone else. Thank you.

This has been, by far, the best training + nutrition guide I've ever had in order to start working on my objectives, and using Heria Pro has been amazing to me, thank you Chris!!!
Awesome video bro. Spoken with confidence and clarity. Great advice and detailed explanation. This helped a lot. You've earned my respect! 💪🏿
I had near perfect body and diet most my life, then gave up on diet and exercise late 30s...I got fat and lazy and was riddled with pains and medical issues like cholesterol and nervous system issues. I finally had enough of being my own victim and have changed those habits back to wise choices with discipline. Your videos along with many others videos has helped me remember who I am. This transformation is new to me, I never knew that side of life. It is interesting to pay attention to and feel as I return back to health through diet and exercise. Its not as easy as I thought it was then, and results seem to be slower the further from my goals I am...so it does get easier. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me help myself. That goes for anyone setting an example and being proud to do so, it drives me to be my best.
I'm working hard to get up to there!! You just motivated myself to get it !! Thanks for your channel and tips .
Props to Chris bcs I can really see how much he is improving with his knowledge about nutrition.

This was SO helpful, especially as someone just starting to get back into working out (was in the best shape of my life about a decade ago before a bad knee injury). I’m still in okay shape (male, 5’10”, 173lbs). My diet absolutely needs some adjusting, and luckily a lot of the options you choose agree with my body aside from one (Crohn’s Disease and IBS make it difficult to eat and digest a lot of things). The only one that doesn’t really agree with me is broccoli (horrible acid reflux and heartburn almost instantly). Any recommendations on things I can replace it with? 🙏🏻💪🏻

There's probably a few reasons but I assume that people don't like to eat healthy food because of their life habits, because it costs more, because you need to take care etc... Whatever the reason changing eating habits may be even harder than deciding to change your life and beginning exercising. I suppose you could say you have to be in the right place at the right time of your life to be able to live like this.

Let’s GOOOOO🎉
I just started to work out and this video was super helpful because working out is great but without the right consumption I know that I won't get the definition I'm looking for. Thank you.
Hi Chris Thank you for this incredible video it’s exactly how I love my food groups however I have been going back and forth with my diets and lifestyle choices and probably half the reason why I’m not consistent since 2020 started and jumping all over the place with my diets. I am at my best when I’m consistent with how you eat however when it comes to the female cycle it throws me off and if I give into any temptation of carbs I’m back on the yo yo cycle at the same time I don’t crave carbs or sugar, I feel crap after consuming these and very bloated too. I recently paid a fitness coach to draw me up a nutrition plan. It’s been 8 days and I put on 6 kilos ! I’m 5’9 and weight 76 kilos right now thigh is too much. She gave me 1530 calories to consume a day and the meals looked like: Calories - 1530 Protein - 133g Carbohydrates - 121g Fats - 57g Fibre - 25g Example meal plan; Meal 1: 45g x Noshu low carb pancake mix (dry) 50g x Blueberries 35mls x Queens maple syrup Snack: 50g x Brazilian nuts Meal 2: 125g x Raw Coles chicken breast steaks (lemon & herb) 100g x Raw broccoli 100g x Raw sweet potato 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 160g x Yopro vanilla yogurt 300g x Watermelon Meal 3: 200g x Raw eye fillet steak 100g x Raw broccoli 50g x Avocado 7mls x Olive oil Snack: 40g x MN casein custard 100g x Raspberries Does this look like something that can make me loose fat when I already feel fuller and bloated constantly. I’m pretty active most of the time but my job is sitting down for 8 hours a day at the desk. Is there anything you can help with. I love how you eat and how toned and lean you are. I need to get to the best shape of my life before Dec this year. Please help, happy to pay.

Make sure you eat wild salmon only, Alaskan is really the only option for most of us. Farmed salmon is full of illnesses, you can search for some documentaries on topic. I only have it if absolutely must.
