Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. You probably wont see this comment but if you do just know to keep grinding and motivating because you change lives.

I love cooking and I'm always looking for new recipes! I actually have a similar version of the breakfast wrap with turkey sausage, but mine has one whole wheat tortilla, one egg, one serving of turkey sausage, 1/4 cup of Mexican cheese blend, and an oven toasted hash brown, totaling 550 calories! I'll definitely try making this version as well though!

Your cooking looks better and the meals feel great this time around! Fried rice is one of the most common meals we have here, it’s just that fried rice is usually served with a lot of oil so it smells great. Shallots It’s also a good way to put it this way, you learn a lot! Thanks for this video !

For the culinary culture I will just add that we call the recipe at 0.33 a "Pain perdu" in France (lost bread), made with old stale bread... An alternative is to replace the bread with brioche and add some sugar (or melted caramel), you will have a divine dessert (but not very dietary, of course).
I made fried rice the past 2 days, and absolutely love it. This is one of the best breakfast I’ve had since I’ve had to be on candida diet.
