No, it's really not. I don't understand all these comments ... exactly like this one. Kids are just fine nowadays. I've coached many, many dozens of kids his age over the past 10-15 years. Imo kids were much worse when I was his age in the 90s.

well, no one here has the same privilege to experience what you are. When I said "Rare" I was not speaking for the majority rather just speaking from what I see in my environment around me. Its rare seeing kids, and when I do, I can see obviously how they behave and how they compare to others, and those moments for me are rare.

Even if you live somewhere a few weeks, shit will be lying around. A Miami condo with a view like that is Hollywood star/tech giant/investment banker kind of money.
