@@JaysonTripp-cq5be Ikr? Way too many innocent lives lost due to this legalized drug! Everywhere that sells liquor is a dealer. And any events like concerts/sporting events, etc.. Heck I even saw a near fatal crash after a baby shower! Anyway, alcohol is looked at differently. Every time someone buys a huge bottle of Vodka etc.. and leaves the store, that person is going out to their vehicle aka possible death bullet to drive. I’m so not sticking up for any type of drugs if you will. But it really doesn’t make sense (I personally can’t stand weed, it makes me paranoid as heck 😳) when I see cops pulling over a vehicle for a headlight or a brake light out.. And they are driving just fine. However the cops always have to ask, when they smell a bit of weed… “when did you last smoke in here?” And of course it’s the weekend & they just bought a bit at their friend’s house to go home and chill after a long week at work. They of course end up going to jail. Even though they were driving fine. Then you have the pos with 3-7 DUI’s!! And they are still managing to get out on the roads driving so erratically & finally cause that one almost fatal crash, that leaves an innocent driver either without a limb, or with terrible issues for life (paralyzed) etc. And then there’s the fatal crash after all those damn USELESS DUI’s! That totally F up a family forever. And the worst is when an innocent child or baby is murdered! 😢 I got so angry about this case recently about an Illegal criminal who was literally Deported 3-4* from the US🇺🇸! He also had up to 4 DUI’s! He got back into the states, stole a vehicle and was so inebriated he murdered innocent people. 😡 100 percent preventable, that case was! So very Sry I vented. 🤭lol. I’ve had friends /fam taken due to drunk drivers.. /alcohol. It’s only legal because of the Gov/elites/ 💴! I’m sure you know though. Take care. ✌️

"Alarm" is a bit too broad and subjective though. In my opinion, really only threats, direct incitement, and then stuff like making false statements to authorities/perjury - "bearing false witness," as it were, should be criminal. Racial slurs and critical statements about racial groups shouldn't be though, because in every country that has done that, the law is not enforced equally. In practice, those laws are only for White people. People of other races can say the most horrific things about Whites, but if a White person says anything that could even vaguely be perceived as "racist" they are at risk of losing everything. Did you hear about the girl who was prosecuted and FOUND GUILTY for posted the lyrics of the favourite rap song of her recently deceased best friend on Facebook in a post honouring his memory, because it had the N-word in it? What about the Scottish comedian who trained his girlfriend's pug to raise it's paw like a Roman Salute when he said "Heil Hitler" as a prank the juxtaposition of the cute dog and a Nazi salute, plus the annoyed girlfriend, and posted a video of it? He was arrested, prosecuted, and FOUND GUILTY. Those are just a couple of examples. And back to "alarm" in general, it's just waaaay too open to abuse by bad actors, activists, people with grudges and the mentally deranged. It's just bad law.

One time our neighbor (who was always pretty nice) got really drunk. I honestly think he had hidden a drinking problem from everyone but his family. He began shouting at the top of his lungs on his back patio (nothing offensive). I was a kid and didn’t understand what a drunk looked like. My cousins came over and we stood in my mom’s yard while we looked over in amazement at this usually peaceful neighbor falling apart. He laid on the ground and started meowing. His wife tried like heck to get him to come in but he kept shrugging her off. I saw her lean down and heard her hiss at him, “You’re making a spectacle of yourself!” He just kept meowing loudly, and us little kids sort of smiled at amazement at this street theater (although we lived in the country). I never saw our neighbor drunk ever again. For a while he couldn’t even say hello to us he was so ashamed of himself. All in all, it was an interesting experience and he was a nice drunk for what it was worth. Drinking is a heck of an addiction.

When I was a kid, I made a parachute out of visquine plastic and rope and was going to jump off of the roof of my Dad's auto shop that was behind our house. I tied the ropes into loops at the long ends with my arms through the loops and stretched out behind me and was about to jump when my neighbor started yelling at me from his livingroom window across the fence, "HEY! GET DOWN FROM THERE!" I said, "I'LL BE RIGHT DOWN! and started toward the edge to jump. He yelled, "NO! CLIMB DOWN! WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH YOU?" It WOULD'VE worked, I would've floated to the ground had it not been for my nosey neighbor who butted his nose in. They never yelled at Orville and Wilbur Wright to get down while they were flying around in their homemade wooden airplane, it's the DREAMERS who do the impossible. 😁

At least yours was a nice drunk, the neighbors to the left of us were meth heads (the owner did try to evict them, took her 4.5 years to get them out, no water, no electric and no gas) but every night I would get home from work at midnight and he would be hanging out the 2nd story window yelling that he could fly. One night I had just had a very bad night at work (work at a medical answering service, lost a pt while his elderly wife was on the phone to me) and thought to myself, 'Roy just died, sweet and wonderful man and this piece of crap is still alive, so I was bad and said "prove it, prove to me you can fly" so he tried... he threw himself out the window and landed on their aluminum porch cover and rode it to the ground, he wasn't hurt at all. Til 3 months later when he overdosed.

My family and I were sitting stationary in a center turn lane and were rear ended by a speeding (60mph in a 35) drunk driver that almost killed all of us. Hellacious crash knocking the car SIXTY FEET. It was a 20 something year old male who had already had 3 DUI arrests and drug possession, and on the last one he had refused the Breathalyzer and he was out on bond waiting trial. His trial was pending and he had no driver's license or car insurance when he creamed us. He was yelling out his window at me as people were running to help my family and my injured little boy who had been at the point of impact in the back seat, "YOU'RE NOT GETTING A PENNY OUTTA ME!" A total scumbag human being. This was the EXACT scenario that we all fear. A person with THREE DUIs already, gets into a car somehow and then goes out and the luck runs out for some family and the dude drives drunk one last time and finally wipes out an entire family. It is only by the grace of God that we survived. What happened to him? ANOTHER slap on the hand. I pity the person(s) out there right now, who don't realize their life is going to end soon at the hands of that drunkard. We all know how this ends. you'd be surprised how many people use double negatives and don't realize what they're saying is actual the opposite of what they're trying to say. however it doesn't take a double negative for anyone to realize these people have been drinking lol

@@mythicaltwinkie8216Linguistically, double negatives are dependent on the language spoken. In the case of standard English, there is no double negative and using it immediately means you are not using standard English. In standard Spanish, it's double negative, and not using double negatives means you aren't speaking standard Spanish. Now, unless you do not understand them, let people speak however they want.

This is why I despise bullies. They have no issue trampling over the rights of others with their insane, egotistical, stupid behavior. But oooooh nooooo when an officer or anyone else with authority actually comes to put them in their place, they love to hide behind rules and screech about the injustice of it all. Absolute cowards.

Im a LEO and have dealt with people who are just like the first guy. This is the kinda person we are called out for over and over and they turn a nice neighborhood into hell. These people are always saying they have rights but are not concerned about anyone else's rights. And when someone finally calls them out and doesn't back down they run and call the police saying they were threatened. The guy in the video is going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person one day and that person is going to put in on his ass. The last kid was given every chance but because of his actions he ended up arrested. I understand the one officer going out if his way to help this kid . If my father ever got a call saying i was arrested for what this kid did he would have beaten the hell out of me. A lot of kids today think they could do whatever they want without there being any consequences.

A lot of kids are correct on that. I work as a sub, sometimes in a middle school. It's pretty incredible what kids, mostly boys, say or do, and get a talking to, but that's it. We boomers found out pretty quickly what not to do or say when we were kids. Parents not parenting is an epidemic in the U.S.
