because obviously, the person in the car wasnt looking before merging. if they're merging while a biker was coming it would cause a crash, plus, it's pretty hard to hit the brakes when their going that fast. educate yourself, and it literally has no speed limit. "double the speed limit" the guy literally just mentioned there is no speed limit my lord

It’s the German autobahn ok ding bats you all don’t know what you’re talking about. There’s no speed limit there and every driver is responsible to pay attention and yes that car would have been able to see the bike. No excuse.

Where I live when you get bumped or like hit by a car the only thing you would do is go outside check the car or dirt bike or whatever and then move on with your day no arguments no road rage nothing

And even if it was Germany, if you go significantly faster than the "Richtgeschwindingkeit" of 130 kmh (and >200 kmh certainly is that) you will get at least part if not all of the fault in case of an accident.

On motorways, the speed limit is 120 km/h (75 mph) and on dual carriageways it's 100 km/h (60 mph). In urban or built-up areas, the speed limit is 50 km/h (30 mph).
