16:55 the driver definitely wouldn’t have seen the bike as he came round the corner at pretty fast speed and was blocked by the suv in the right hand lane, it was most likely completely clear from his perspective as he went to pull out and then suddenly the biker appeared, I wouldn’t say he intentionally cut him off tbh

The biker simply extended his arm to keep the man from approaching his personal space, then the homeowner initiated the assault. Enforcing personal space by an arms length is 100% justified in the eyes of the law.
U said its the bikers fault for the hit and run one but that driver aint got no right away to turn what u mean
So no passing and no lane splitting. Do you even ride a bike?

False. Putting your arm out to keep personal space is not justified as assault. 100% the law would be on the bikers side.
