in this work you sure need to. have a very strong foresight and imagination, i know one kid who did a crank similar to this and got it right in 3 attempts only, bro keep on practicing and someday you'll be better 👍

Always repaired while still in the block.

Imagine ...The force of 1 power stroke is almost equals to 10 strokes of hammer and guy is aligning this with his whole heart..😅

3 days later 😮 the metal is now fatiged and crankshaft breaks in the center destroying the block

I spent almost 30 years in a machine shop and you can’t straighten hard and steel without stressing the metal. And I’ve never heard of somebody using a hammer to knock it in place. You should have two blocks to set it up on with a hydraulic ram set at the right pressure with a dial indicator on the shaft so you don’t have to take the shaft out every time.

One day, when it totally align, I will feel with joy in heaven ❤

I use to do that with push mowers using a pipe with matching I.D. they are pretty forgiving. Sometimes, I would get lucky with one or two hits and it would pop right back into memory.
