Definitely Nikos Galis, born in New Jersey with Greek heritage ,he was drafted by Boston Celtics but newer played for them, except a pre season game where he got injured and newer signed professional contract. He was absolutely a beast. The Gangster", and "The Iron Man", is widely regarded as Europe's greatest scorer to ever play the game, and as one of the all-time greatest players in FIBA international basketball history.[a] In 1991, Galis was named one of FIBA's 50 Greatest Players. In 2007, he became an inaugural member of the FIBA Hall of Fame.[8] In 2008, he was chosen as one of the 50 Greatest EuroLeague Contributors.[9] In 2017, he was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. In 2022, he was inducted in to the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame.

You missed adding Tanoka Beard to this list. The dude has the biggest MVP rating in one game in Euroleague history (63), never played in the NBA and he was playing 5 or 6 seasons for Zalgiris in the Euroleague, before that he was playing for Joventut and Real when the were bad team (yes, there was a time when Real Madrid were not even close to be playing in the Euroleague, for all those young fans).

What Eurocentric nonsense. A player does not need to have played in Europe to be considered one of the best players to not play in the NBA. Where is Ricky Grace for example? Played his entire career in Australia and had zero interest in playing in Europe. Same with most of the NBLs top imports. You Europansies got nothing better than Ricky Grace. Led the Perth Wildcats to victory over Real Madrid at the 1995 McDonalds Championship in London. Stop insulting us all with youre nonsense Europrole propaganda. Plenty of top US imports do not want to live in Europe because you do not speak English. Like Ricky Grace. Which is why they come to Australia. Its a long long list.
