This is really true. In my experience i followed the NC at first its really tough i cried. Everytime i think of time and everytime i remember he dump me bec of other women but after a few months everything change i fell great .i nver think of him ofter.im very free and i can do what i want .....then when i totally move on....he come to my place and tell me tht he really miss me. He want to come bck to me but its over ....so guys NC is very good

No contact means you don't see no post on social media or nothing cut her off delete the contact and forget about that

Hello coach. She friend zoned me because she said she wasn’t ready to love because she doesn’t love herself (she said “I almost love you” several times and she told me no one has ever treated her this well). It took me a while to realize that I was friend zoned because initially, all she told me was that she needs space. She continued to text me though because she told me that I was one of her best friends (I told her she’s one of mine too). But after talking with her, I told her I need space from her now. Do I apply the no contact rule? She essentially broke up with me without me knowing. I even asked her if her telling me that she needs space was her way of letting me down easily and she asked me what I meant by that. Please help me coach!

My sons mother cheated several times and had one of the wife’s not have found out I’d never know. I left and left everything behind she has begged and begged went to therapy got on medications but that flame that once burned is gone and although I tried to forgive I knew it would never be the same. 2 weeks later I find she had been talking to a new guy on a dating app and he had taken her to dinner all while she was begging me. Hold your self to a higher standard guys cus if you allow it once it will continue to happen. I’m hurt but I’m ok

He don’t know if he’s wanna get back to me, but he don’t want me to wait for him, so he tell me many times he’s not coming back but my stuff in his house, is still there and not mentioning it to me in message or anything though and he still not asking about my address so that he can send it to me. I just wanna know where should I start to get his half feeling back to me ? Should I start doing no contact or do I need just to start being silent and to explain it to him that I’ll give him time ? My sons mom left me almost 3 months ago she actually left to another state and i am not sure if she is ever coming back we have been in contact but I have slowly have a kept it to a minimum.

Yeah right. Did the NC, she eventually texted to get my stuff and have a 2.5 hour talk where she brought up the breakup in the last half hour. While I was there she said I could keep my mothers Christmas decorations at her house. What?!! Overall the talk went well, she agreed we needed to talk more. I took a shot, over stepped, and asked when this virus is over maybe we could have dinner. She said that would be nice. When I left she leaned in for a hug but backed off, fine, with this virus, safe move. Texted her a couple of times since then, nothing specific, no relationship talk. That was two weeks a go. She has not texted first unless she wanted me to get my stuff. My feelings? She gave lip service and nothing more. So I guess I dont give a poop, JUST LIKE HER.

I have a question i had a relationship but we never see each other we only chatted trough social medias Facebook,Instagram,Viber also sending pictures of us planning what we going to do etc all was fun great worth chatting 24/7 fast responds but in that 2 years suddenly all of that go in wrong direction in december 24th 2020 she called me via messenger we talked about the things she said about things that i not expected to hear and yes after that she friendzoned me she said lets be friends i was mad a lot and i said ok i accept and then i end the audio call and decided to start the Rule "No Contact" and she blocked me immediately and i was ok let it be that way i just waited read books,playing video games i have Gaming PC i was in most good vibe that i not think about it and how the days goes on weeks months from 1st day during no contact she unblocked me on facebook on the 20th day during no contact but she not messaged me when i turn on active green dot status that i am active she comes active to i not reach to her she followed that i was active 24/7 to see is she going to imitate me and she was i was like omg and then after 2 days she blocked me again i post 2/3 new photos on facebook with smile music also good for vibing and again second time she unblocked me on the 28th day during no contact and again she used to follow me stalk on me when im online most of the day etc she saw the photos maybe she saved it idk but guys give me some advice tips what i need to do with her i not brake the no contact rule but what exactly means if she block/unblock me but not messaging me i need some good advices from mature people here that looking for help or in same situation as mine
