I have worked in startup for 1 month and left the organisation for joining ibm as a fresher then should i need to upload relieving letter in background verification forms or if we don't provide then it won't be an issue can you please suggest ??

If you've joined as a fresher in ibm, then it's not needed but if you've stated hat you have work experience then you'll be required to show. I see that you've joined as a fresher, so no, not required
Mam, Nice Video. Any comments on the Non Compete Bonds, Can a company tell employee after termination or employee finish, he or she cannot join competitors or client for next 2 years. Is it legal in court of law??

Mam I Left my job as a fresher in 10 months without serving notice period and joined a government job.. So do I need to pay bond amount and also they are asking me to pay notice period not serving amount.??

Ma'am i had joined one startup with 3 years bond but after 5 months i was not ok with company culuture so i quitted that job without informing them. But now they are sending notice stating i have to pay 4lakhs as a penalty, where they have not spent any single ruppee on me during training but they are demanding money. What to do in this case ma'am ,my parents are very tensed , your reply will be great help for me ma'am.
