Hello i require some help.

Ask Such companies to sign a bond of 2 years if something happen to your health or if they stop you let you go for better opportunity they have to pay the damage amount , such companies are the shame for corporates

Guys here I have similar story of my friend who submitted original documents and signed for 2 years agreement to school without knowing what's happening inside the school She has seen only Infrastructure but not the administrative management and she is fresher As she was hard worker so she thought, she would manage but reality came in front the boss was rude and had superiority complex the colleagues who are senior are toxic because there was a Gossiping, no training for fresher and favouriteism for only buttering people . finally my friend decided to Quit from toxic job (All are working for fear,no joy no help totally disappointed and Many members resigned for their self respect ) She lost weight and became weak mentally and physically. Finally she resigned for the reason she is fresher, but documents? Sol: She made a strong mind set and shared with parents and friends they helped her. HAPPY END Realization: every company, school and college has its own reputations and every employee who works very hard should be respected

It happened with me as well. I recently got a job in a school where they asked me to submit my original certificates so that I don't leave the job in the middle. I am a fresher and the school was offering good package, so at first I submitted my documents. But I was wondering why I was not at all happy for getting a job. But then I came across various scams related to this. So, I decided not to join and the very next day I went to the school and made excuses that I won't be able to join because an emergency had come up and I needed my original certificates immediately. Luckily, my documentation was not yet completed and I had not received joining letter by that time, so I could escape. After seeing your video, I realized that I did the right thing. Thank you for this video. ♥♥

@@asha4355 My advice would be don't submit. You never know what might happen in the future. Go for those schools that ask for only the copy of the originals. But never lose the originals. You might also lose new opportunities. At present I am working in a school and they only asked for the copy of the documents. The package is moderate but at least I can sleep better now without any stress.

This happened to me recently I had an interview(well more than one) in a school and everything went well, I got a call saying that I have cleared all the interviews and they asked me to come to school for document verification as well as a meeting with the principal and they asked me to bring my necessary documents and said that I would have to submit any two of my original academic documents which they would be keeping with themselves. As I am a fresher I said yes thinking that I cannot lose such an opportunity. But the demand of original documents was really making me feel uneasy so I decided to do a little search about this and saw similar kind of stories where the school had taken the original documents and were refusing to give it back to the employees even after they left school. I also asked other people who are already in this profession what to do and all of them said not to submit the original documents rather tell them that you can submit photocopies which are well attested by a gazetted officer. I once again received a call from the school to inform me of something and I decided to ask the person on the phone what was the reason for keeping the original documents and if I did submit would I get it back but the person on the phone said that it's a school policy and if you don't want to give original documents then don't come for the meeting, I tried to talk to her saying that I can give them photocopies that are well attested but she straight up said no need to come and hung up on me. Tbh I was feeling bad cause it felt like I lost on such a big opportunity and the people around me are not very helpful either saying I should have done what was asked for atleast some money would have come but I also know for a fact that had I joined and something happened the same people would have called me names and said things like "what's the point of being so educated who gives away original documents" and blah blah... And now after watching this video I am even more relieved that I stuck to my decision.

A company sent me the offer letter and then asking me to keep my original documents and 2year bond .2 year bond it's okay for me but keeping my original certificate it's a smell like a bad so i cancelled my offer letter. But after they placement they give me 1 month free training and then placement. After placement 4 month of full salary they should deduct from my account. When i placed in another company they totally unware of it.. but the my training company says another company should deduct my money but another company totally unware of it.. i leave that job before submitting the document

Hello mam, I am currently working in a school where I have signed 3 years bond and also submitted my original certificates, and at the time of interview I asked them, 'I might need my certificates in between for higher studies will u give, they said yes' but now they are denying and now want to persue my master's for that I asked for my certificates only for some days as verification is there but they are not giving me , making excuses and even they are treating all the teachers as slaves including me.. I want to resign from this school as I am and other teachers also feeling, this is literally a mental harrasment...

someone was asked to submit the original certificate so that the company will release the offer letter. and later on that person is not in a position to join the company due to personal reason. and the same information has passed to the company well in advance. Now company is asking a huge money as penalty since it was mentioned somewhere in the offer letter. What to do in such situation.

Dear, it was very evident that company will do it... still people fall into these traps.. Anyways you can only do 2 things. 1. Pay them the money and get documents 2. Send them a legal notice to get the documents, get help from a practitioner lawyer, he/she will help you get it done and won't charge much.

#URGENT_RESPONSE needed I cracked an interview in good midcap Corporate company in I.T. They said they will give me offer letter after I submit original marksheet of last year of degree. And job is on bond of 1.5 yrs. THEY ARE PROMISING that they will immediately give me my ORIGINAL docs once I join their company. If i submit original docs now and they give me offer letter. but bond will be given at time of joining. difference in days is 15. and Bond paper Pdf they have NOT provided ( they saying, They will give bond paper and sign Face2 face after clearing all terma and condn only) so they are not even giving me bond paper. They are confidently telling me about immediate release of original docs after joining company.

I got placed in an institute they were asking for my original certificates for joining and I denied, I had this regret thoughts in my mind but now my mind is clear that I took right decision....thank you 🙏🏻

It was a clear scam, sorry for your situation, but all you can do is file a police complain/take legal action.

Dear, the company will not give your documents back, unless you fulfill the conditions you signed on the offer letter; that is the whole point of keeping the "original documents"... very clear..

Dear send them a legal notice, this might cost you a few thousands, as the lawyer will help you get this notice delivered to them, this will work only if you have not signed any contract with the company, that if you leave before time(whatever was agreed) you to pay the money.

Dear PAN details are required to pay the person, its mandatory as per GOI regulations that an employer has to tag the payment to a certain PAN number, else they can't call it salary/payments of business.

Dear it depends on the learner, if someone is good they can learn fast comparatively, but usually on an avg, I have seen the duration of 6-8 months is effective to get you started.

@@rottenshutter8379 If you are okay to pay this amount(incase you decide to leave early) then its fine.. I do not understand how working as a bonded labour seems fine to you.. anyways your wish.. make sure you have 1.5L with you to repay to the company

My recruiter is asking for 2 yr bond nd original cert.. nd they ll retain for minimum 2 yrs. And if we wnt to leave within 2 yrs they will ask 1month salary nd training cost Is it reasonable?

Dear everything is legal until the person is not signing the offer letter at a gun-point and has accepted the offer with his/her own will.. if two parties are mutually agreeing on few things and signing the letters, law doesn't see it unfair. Though its very unrealistic to have 90days notice, I totally agree and its making everyone's life miserable. Also negotiation works only when someone is open for negotiation, if company/manager is not open for that, then no matter what you do it will not work out.. The best way what I have seen is only by paying the amount, but again that too as I said if they are open for it.

Hello mam, I was asked to submit one of my original documents I asked some of the other teachers working in the same school where they mentioned that they also had to submit there documents and it's completely safe. I haven't accepted the offer letter yet and I don't know the contents of appointment letter. Since there is no way for me to do the background check I don't know what to do in this situation ? I am confused because the person who took my interview seems like a nice guy with a firm explanation he gave me that it's for security purposes so that I cannot resign out of blue without informing them since it happened quite a lot of time they are just being careful so it's hard to think that he will misuse his power. Can you please guide me what to do in this situation ?

That is the whole point dear, "you can not leave " when you want.. if you are okay staying and working there, regardless of situations that can come, then please do how you like.. The whole purpose of not submitting the documents is freedom only.. nothing else..
