Bhaiya mera capgemini me 2sal ka bond hai, abhi tak joining nehi aya par joining date pe bond sign kara lenge.... Aur cts ka just interview hua hai, toh agar capgemini joining de diya aur training chalu ho gya to uske pehle 2-3 weeks me chor k cts join kar sakta hoon kya agar cts select karle toh ?

Hello sir , I am working with wirpo as scholar trainee with 4 years bond with bits mtech degree they assign me project it's not related to my skills they assigne me like is resource ko yaha laga do like support and resolve tickets and trouble shooting related their is no chance to learn something new and no skills I want to switch 0 percent knowledge and skills

I have a 18 month bomd but my salary is 7000/month during the 6 month training but during the training there is no seniors developer I was learn and create project by own no one help me to giving the task and I don't think so after the 6 month they will increase my salary or not what to do I don't understand plz help me to out of this situation

You should talk and ask to Manager Or Senior about this as soon as possible

According to law they can't force you to work for them against your will even if have signed the bond. I suggest you to consult lawyer or advocate they will guide you. I guess company don't want to face legal consequences for a single employe

Bhai agar bond sign hai lekin 2 months me hi Jana chod diya, ab me kya kar sakta hu, company ke band ka amount pay karna padega ya uska kahi bhi experience nhi dikhau.. Bina batay company chod di hai, agar me company ka amount pay nhi karta hu to mera kya nuksaan hai plz reply

mein fresher level pe mnc join kia, aur 6 month se lead level pe bill ho rha hu, aur 15 month experience bhi ho gya hai service agreement mein 24 month bond for 2 lakh hai since mein 15 month already complete kr lia hai out of 24 month , ky mera 2 lak ka bond reduce ho scta hai 1 lakh tk
