This is actually pretty funny. Sounds like exactly like something a mother would do. Something similar happened to me when I was just staying the night at a friend's place when I was a kid. Expect cellphones weren't big at this time and my mother actually drove to my friend's house to yell at me. I was confused and embarrassed to say the least. I had done my chores for both Friday and Saturday before she even let me leave the house. I was like do you not remember that I wasn't even able to leave the house until I got my chores done?

A woman I knew had a "horse therapist" lady, who would "translate" for her what her horse "says" in order to help keep the horse happy. This went both ways. When the woman had trouble in her life, the horse therapist would ask the horse to give advice and then "translate" the answer to her. This included relationship advice and problems in her marriage. Eventually, "the horse" told her to get a divorce. Imagine having paid for your wife's "horse therapist" so that shrewd could talk your wife into leaving you, by telling her her horse told her to, and she actually does it. Good riddance.

Story 3 was a self fulfilling prophecy. She believed his unhappiness to be because of her, due to some dumb crap she believed, and ended up causing him more unhappiness. It also sounds like that behavior comes from a history of unstable environments and hyper vigilance, since it’s a very common thing for abuse victims to continue even after leaving said environment/relationship. I do it with my s/o all the time (not to imply our relationship is dangerous) and half the time I’m correct- something is indeed frustrating/upsetting them- but the other half is 100% me projecting my anxiety. Difference is, I don’t get angry. I just ask because blindly accusing is a great way to start an unnecessary fight So lady was definitely making the wrong choices with a possibly trauma-related behavior and it lead to her unhappiness with the marriage Bottom line, talk to your partner before accusing them of something you don’t have proof of lmao

Story 12 really resonates with me. I had a neighbor do this to me twice, but she left her newborn on my doorstep because I was training to become a teacher at the time. She said she was “bored of being a mother” and didn’t leave anything for the kid. I caught her walking away the second time and was on the phone with CPS and made it abundantly clear. I still made the call for child abandonment. Her husband was kicked out of the military, so I never saw them again. Now it’s whenever I go to play Warhammer with my husband and I’m playing my switch, men will drop their children on my lap because I’m the only woman in the store most Friday nights. I have made a fit over it, and the shop now bans parents from leaving their kids with strangers. Suddenly there has been a stark drop in kids in the store recently.

I used to follow this woman on Instagram. She wasn't really an online friend, but we both liked to draw and had some fandoms in common so we had a few conversations and sometimes replied to each other's stories, etc. She started posting stuff about how some people in a discord chat she was in were bullying her... ok, sad, but it happens. But then she started posting about other groups bullying her... got to the point where at least once a week she'd post about someone doing and saying horrible things to her. It didn't take me long to realize what was going on, that she was either exaggerating or making the whole thing up. Then one time we were talking and things got heated. She started cursing me, saying horrible things and clearly not open to have conversation or hear me out. I blocked her because I was tired of her bullshit- and immediately got multiple DMs from people accusing me of bullying her and being a horrible person who immediately blocked her after she disagreed with me and didn't let her explain herself... best part is, the messages included screenshots that she apparently put up in her story of our conversation- and the screenshots clearly showed there was conversation and she was being a bish. I'm actually not sure if it was people who actually believe her and went after me like her personal attack dogs, or fictional accounts she created just to harass me- and I'm not sure which is worse.

The sip of whiskey story reminds me of an experiment that showed that if people think they're drinking a lot of alcohol, they'll think that they're drunk and act like it. If I remember correctly, they had 2 groups of young adults: one that got actual beer and one that got nonalcoholic beer, and they acted pretty similarly after a few drinks.

Story 12: I would've ended up calling CPS or non emergency line letting them know a woman I just met left her baby with me-a complete stranger who doesn't even have her number or address- with no word on how long she'd be gone or if she was coming back, and that I was concerned for child's wellbeing if she really had abandoned her baby with me. Let that be a lesson to her that good mothers do not just blindly trust someone, even someone in childcare, after such a short amount of time to watch your child. To anyone who might think I'm being harsh on this suggestion, I think the mom is just nuts to do this; what if it was another stranger who told her she was in childcare and kidnapped her baby after mom left.besides that there's a reason people do like to be thorough with background checks on caretakers; not all caretakers are good caretakers or good people, it's why it's important to actually know who you're entrusting your baby's safety to

I don't know why this is my most memorable "are you serious" moment. It was during college when we were doing analyst on the Grapes of Wrath novel, particularly the characters themselves. For anyone who knows the story, there's a character called "Connie Rivers" who is married to the protagonist's sister, who straight up abandons her while she's pregnant because he has impractical and a romanticized view of how city life during the Great Depression is like. For some reason, one of my classmates was defending his actions, arguing that Connie was going to college and that he'll be back for his abandoned wife once he gets a job. We all looked at him like he was joking, but it dawned on us that he wasn't, and that he truly thought this, even though we explained to him how unlikely (and unrealistic) that thinking was. He just kept insisting that this was Connie's master plan. To say he failed that portion of the class would be an understatement since even the professor couldn't believe she had witnessed since no one had ever defended Connie Rivers before in her experience. I guess Steinbeck's realist characterization of a selfish, immature dreamer of a young man was more spot on then most of us realized.

My husbands sister who is 5 years older than him and 10 years older than me threw a tantrum because a door was left open and she claimed I did it and I was a liar when I said I didn't. She caused a horrible argument screaming and cussing about me, just absolutely losing her mind. She would also regularly randomly bring it up again when she threw fits about other things and wanted to start fights. I went to a children’s hospital to treat a pituitary tumor with complications when I was in my late teens. I was put into a shared room during my stay there. The other patient was a young man with a gimpy leg, accompanied by his nightmare of a mother. So one morning I got back from physical therapy and went to my room. The other boy wasn’t there so I assumed I was alone. A Phycologist drops by and I speak with her. We go over my medical history and intimate details about my traumatic childhood. Bear the end of the conversation the boys mother jumps out of the corner and starts berating us both for letting her hide and listen in on our very private conversation. I later learned that the reason her son and 2 other children were disabled was because she had them with her brother. She was truly insane.

I have a service dog in training. So... he's not meant to be touched when he wears his vest. I once took him to a shopping center with my sisters. We first went to the dollar store and he did pretty good.. So I said to my sisters "Let's go to [other store] next." As we're leaving to go to another store, a group consisting of a child on bike, a mother, and maybe a grandmother starts following us out to the parking lot. They head in the same direction as us. I pull my dog over to the side and call my sisters to me. The trio goes by making as much noise as possible and enters the second store. I wait a bit then enter after them and see they're hanging around the front of the store. So my sisters and I head off to get lost in the aisles. We didn't buy anything. Shortly after, we head back to the dollar store and sure enough the three of them come out right behind us. They didn't buy anything either. They head back to the dollar store as well. So I have my sisters go ahead to get what we forgot and I wait in the parking lot with my service dog in training.

For one thing, I didn't know the dance existed, so I thought he was playing a prank on me. To further reinforce my theory, I had always considered myself ugly and thought that no one would ever love me. I realize I was being overdramatic at the time. As soon as I realized this, I tried to apologize but he just ran away in tears (Note: I literally said "Wait, your serious?!"). Unfortunately, he was with his older sister at the time, and it was the end of the school day. He left for good that day. I still feel incredibly guilty seven years later. So i'm at lunch talking with friends, when one my friends says "i'm allergic to cheese", i'm like "why are you eating that pepperoni pizza then?" he says "cause it doesn't have cheese on it" i said "dude yes it does" he says no, with his reasoning behind that being: beacuse pepperoni pizza does have not cheese in the name, it therefore has no cheese on it it makes me question his sanity sometimes.

A couple. 1. My dad (who’s normally a really great guy,) started lecturing me about how I was going to March into that fast food joint that messed up my order and demand to speak with a manager. I was like, “Dad, no, that’s so unnecessary, why would I do that?” He said he’d do it for me, and I was like, “No. No, we’re not doing that. It’s already lunch rush, they’re having a hard enough time. You stay right here.” Went in, waited in line, and quietly explained that they gave me the wrong burger. They were super nice about it, and remade my entire order (so I got extra fries.) I go out to the car, dad asks if I spoke to the manager. “No, dad. I spoke to the cashier, and they fixed it.” 2. I once had a teacher at an “accessibility team meeting” hear me explain my disabilities and how I would need to take breaks some times, look over my head at my mother and say, “How do I know if she’s faking it.” At that point in time I had such bad anxiety that I barely attended any of those meetings, brought a literal script just to talk at them, and had multiple times denied *myself* the accommodations I was entitled to just because I didn’t want to make a scene. I nearly cried. 3. One of my college English professors once spent 30min of a 45min class ranting at us that because most college students what part-time jobs, none of us understood how *hard* it was for her to be tenured. Not a credulous face in the room, multiple dropped jaws, and we all just kept looking at eachother like, “Is this really happening right now?” 4. Retroactive, but my high school provided training for students on practical life skills, with extra classes for those who needed them; I was one of those kids. The lessons were in the middle of the day, so I just went in the same pajamas, t-shirts, sweats, and hoodies I wore every day. This man was fully aware I had social learning issues and struggled to pick up on cues, that was part of what he was supposed to teach me. Found out years later that when my mom asked him how he thought I did after the lessons finished, he told her he didn’t see much hope for me because I never dressed up for his lessons like I was going to a job interview. My mom gawked at him for a moment before asking if he’d told me that. No. Had anyone told me that? No. Apparently, I was “just supposed to know.” At which point she exploded at him, demanding to know how her socially challenged teenage daughter was supposed to intuit something her 40yr old very socially sensitive mother had no idea about. I didn’t find out until years later, when mom started ranting about it while tipsy. I’m still kinda in shocked disbelief. I thought those lessons went well, and was really proud of myself! Fuck you, Jim.

I thought about how that really didn't fit because none of the main Cheerio Fanbase (old people and babies) were really using that app. "Isn't Cheerios usually for kids?" I said. "WHY, IT'S KIDS CEREAL SO I CAN'T HAVE ANY?!?!?" my dad replied. Genuinely confused, I pointed it out, and he was just like "oh." He was always emotionally abusive (later on physically abusive), but I didn't think he was _that_ stupid. I don't know what the hospital did to him, but he's never been the same.

The baby in the lap thing reminds me-- we had to evacuate to a friend's house bc of a hurricane. His gf had just had a baby (not his) & hated holding him, feeding him, interacting with him, etc. She would pick up the baby, plop him into my mother's arms, and then leave-- for HOURS. Mom is disabled so she couldn't stand up or carry the baby. She would be stuck unable to go anywhere. Friend was at work and I was gone trying to fix stuff up a the house so we could move back. Same gf-- a little backstory: She got arrested & I bailed her out. We also bought a new couch for friend's house so there would be a decent place to sit. My brother was over at that house when the hurricane hit. A tree fell on powerlines across our road back home & we were stranded with no way to leave, no AC, no running water, etc. My brother bought a generator and was using it at friend's house so they could have AC, hot water, etc. Anyway, Mom & I were about to have heat stroke and needed my brother to drive and pick us up (if we could get past the tree). His phone was dead. I was messaging people and only one responding was the gf I'd bailed out. I asked her to pass the message along. Her response was "No". And that she didn't want us coming over. She said "I don't want y'all sitting on my couch". I told her we would go elsewhere but just needed to get out of there bc we were about to die. It was over 100°F. She still refused. I FINALLY got ahold of my friend & he was furious when I sent him screenshots of what she said to me. He got in touch with another friend who came over with a chainsaw to cut the tree for us (power was out so no worries about the power pole). And yeah, we did call emergency services for help and they told us to pound sand. We were not in an area that was ordered to evacuate. Oh, the gf also said "Why don't y'all get your own generator?" That also really pissed off my friend. I should say she's the EX now bc he dumped her ass. Also, we came over and slept on that couch & the gf was super pissed. Same exgf woke up from a bad dream of my friend "talking to an ugly girl on Discord" and started hitting him.

Someone I knew for nearly a decade, let's call him D, was one of my best friends. We didn't share many interests, but we did have a common friend group online. Well, before all of this happened, we were in another friend group, and one of the people in that group, let's call her K, ended up trying to frame both of us for harassing her and her friends because she and D had a falling out that ended up with K stalking and harassing D online for about two years. Anyway, in our new friend group, D ended up causing a lot of drama. First, he was always talking about K. The entire group asked him to slow down with it as it was bringing down our moods because it was almost every day he'd bring it up. He then promptly yelled at us for "ganging up on him" and left the chat. This wasn't the moment though. Then, after a week, he came back, apologized, and things went back to normal. Then he yelled at my close friend, let's call him B, for something that wasn't his fault. B has severe mental illnesses to put it as broadly as possible, and yelling at him is something we try our best to never do. He usually doesn't do anything wrong so there's no reason to, and even when he does, we act like adults about it, but not D. We all defended B, but D took this as the group "ganging up" on him again, and cue another week or two without him. This isn't the moment either. This happened about 2 or 3 more times before we all collectively decided to not forgive him. He took it as us ganging up on him and abandoning him. We had a falling out and didn't speak for at least 3 or 4 months. Now, for the actual moment. After that period of time, me and D made up for a little while, but I let him know that if he did something again, I'm completely over with him. One of the people in the group I like talking to, let's call them M, sold a character design to K. D found out about this and got so angry he started harassing M in their messages. They subsequently sent it to the group chat and I found out about it. Now, I was actually pretty mad too, but instead of harassing them, I asked M why they sold it to K. Turns out, M needed money to buy food for their dog, and K was the only one who bothered to give them money, so they sold it to her. I was still upset that they didn't say anything especially considering me and D's history with her, but I forgave them and understood where they were coming from. D, on the other hand, I was furious with, so I went into his messages and told him how disappointed I am in him and how he was in the wrong, and that I was done with him now that he's shown me he doesn't wish to change. After a while, D came back and essentially told me "fuck off" and took it as us ganging up on him again. This had been happening for about half a year now, and he decided that being bitter over something that was essentially over at this point, rather than listening to the friend he'd known since childhood. I was severely disappointed, but in the end, I'm ultimately happier not interacting with him.

She kept getting more and more snippy every time her order didn't ring out. Luckily we did get it working, but she was still convinced we'd rung her out multiple times. Recently went to a Burger King, and the middle-aged employee working the cash registers was sitting down; Red Flag #1. She screwed up the payment method when I ordered my food, and loudly cursed in front of me; Red Flag #2. She called in two different employees (also middle-aged), to fix the payment method, and they both tried giving me in cash the amount I owed them, thinking it was change they owed me; Red Flag #4. I ordered a small size drink and fry, and they gave me a large size; Red Flag #5. But what really got my blood boiling was when the first cashier gave me a dirty lid for my cup. I asked for a new one, since the one she gave me was dirty, and she proceeded to argue with me about it. I nearly lost it at that point, and sternly said I would just get a new one from the drink station myself. The drink station was out of ice and almost every drink, too, except for Coca-Cola and Hi-C. And finally, all of the tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. The cashier could have spent five minutes to wipe down the tables (as there was no one in the lobby or the drive-thru), but she instead opted to sit in a chair behind the counter and watch the door. Needless to say, when I got back home, I sent a very strongly-worded letter to Burger King, saying that I had never dealt with a more unprofessional crew; that teenagers who worked at that location were more professional and diligent at their jobs than the middle-aged crew was, and that I wasn't likely to come back to that location due to such unprofessionalism and the argumentative nature of their employees on staff that day.

Having worked in customer service myself, I know first-hand how bad people who work in those kinds of jobs can have it. So I try to be understanding. It always irked me when I saw the cooks not wearing their masks when cooking, even when we still had the mask mandates. I almost complained there, too. But it doesn't really matter now with that particular Burger King, as it closed down a month or two after that incident. But not because of issues with the staff or cleanliness. Rather, the entire franchise it was a part of declared bankruptcy last year. It was one of about 90 or so locations spread across several states, and almost all of them closed due to the franchise owner going under. The one I had that incident at was just one of dozens that closed down.

i’m late to this video but i have a stupid story to tell. i worked at this fast food restaurant called slim chickens for a while (i made bank off it for a while for a high school job, but i quit because they couldn’t pay me anymore like they used to as they lost too much money). i was experienced enough to train a new coworker despite not being old enough to be a manager. i was training her back in window one, taking cash and taking orders. we had this woman come up to the first lane and i noticed my coworker was still nervous to get on the mic so i took the order myself. problem: i couldn’t hear her over the screams of her kids in the back. we don’t sell chicken nuggets or cheeseburgers but that’s all these kids were screaming about. i was like- wtf lmao so finally after a while of confused silence she pulls away and goes to the front of the building where my boss was helping taking orders bcs we were short staffed that day as usual. i only know she came to the front because her kids were screaming like they’d been stabbed or something. they were back behind the counter stealing our collective cups and taking things from the “ice box” which is just a fridge we put our jars and other things in. i took everything they took and put it back but i had to throw the cups away bcs now they’re unsanitary from them shoving their gross kid hands in the cup. when i tell you this woman is a bad parent i mean she watched her kids run around our restaurant, sit in others booths, spit in their faces etcetera. like wtf man- i told her to get control of her kids or get out because if you can’t teach your kids some manners outside your house then you need to keep them home. she asked for a box and left. edit: she left her car door open the whole time. i hope something got stolen lol

Okay.. I couldn't help but think of my own storys for a thread like this.. If you want to read, Go ahead. Back in Grade school or Elementary, i made a friend in kindergarten, we'll call her Bea. Bea was super bossy and a spoiled brat. She demanded everything from me, and others. She bossed me and everyone around her. She would obviously switch sides between me and my friends (who she "hated"). One time she switched sides to a girl who i didn't know, who was skin and bones, named Brittany. So i obviously hated Bea and Brittany for the reasons above. Bea bossed her around too, but the reason i hate on brittany, is because she lied and helped spread rumors about me later on with Bea. So anyways, Bea was on my side (phase) and we were making a story together (this was in 1st or 2nd grade so we were young) and she literally demanded me to draw Brittany being Stabbed to death By her. I looked at her blankly, and she yelled at me and grabbed my hand and drew it herself. Later in the year, she confronted me with Brittany and said with her annoying voice "YOU drew MY BFF4LIFE (that is what i called her before she was rude) BEING STABBED by MEEE!! YOU are A FAKE FRIEND!!" Then Bea ordered Brittany to go hold me in place so she could "teach me a lesson". I elbowed Brittany in the ribs and ran for the teachers. When i reached them, ( i had severe asthma at the time and had just recovered from bronchitis), i was wheezing and i couldn't catch my breath. The teachers Shooed me away and went back to talking. Meanwhile, Bea was CHARGING at me, and i somehow dodged. I ran to the trees, and hid. Fast forward, i got called outside my classroom and there is Brittany and my teacher sitting at the table in the middle of the.. sector? idk.. but basically, Brittany told MY TEACHER that I Hurt her, when she was going in for a "hug". I told my teacher my side of the story, and she didnt believe me. I got to call my mom, who was "disappointed in me" for "hurting" a girl. Our school didn't really have detention other than lunch detention, but the principal liked me for some reason so i didn't get it that often. I got home from school that day feeling like poop, because Bea manipulated me into thinking im the bully. (we rode the same bus). My mom greeted me at my bus stop, (Bea gets off 2 stops after mine) and said she was proud of me for standing up for myself. TL;DR: Mean girl gets shown who's boss by her victim.

I was so happy since I was never going to have to go to this high school ever again. Last class a group of popular girls came up to me. They told me they always thought I would shoot up the school and were happy it was not going to happen. I was surprised seeing as how there was a creepy kid. The other one showed up to school with a knife telling the girl it was the knife he was going to stab her with, he always talked about guns and how easy it was to get one, loved sitting in the corner of classes just glaring at everyone. Yet these girls thought it was going to be me. If you thought I was going to shoot up the school why were none of you nicer to me? They made no sense.

this happened today I decorate my yard with a bunch of spirit halloween props (as ive done for a little while now) and my mom gives out candy. one kid who goes to my school who is a spoiled brat and is obnoxious came to our house. he looked at one of our constant motion props and seemed as if he was jealous, and then acted like he was annoyed by it. then, he got 2 pieces of pretty decent sized candy, not full sized but pretty decent, and he said, “I expected more candy from a house like this.” little did he know we scouted for 3 months or so do get so many bags of candy

At one point in middle school a kid in my class was saying some bull about how if anyone fought him he could put them in the hospital. I simply said "your not that guy pal" and proceeded to get punched for half a minute by this kid that is like 5'4 and punches like a toddler, and I just stand there, not retaliating because I was a 5'7 kid that always got blamed for causing fights because of my time in youger grades and I didn't feel like getting in trouble. He then runs away and starts fake crying to a teacher and I get suspended for a day because he decided he wanted to be a bitch. Lesson for anybody in school, don't fuck up your reputation because you will get blamed for everything in the future.

Oh oh I got a good one. I was working for a grocery chain, and when I pulled up and parked in our small parking lot I decided to have a cigarette as I was early enough to get one in before stepping inside my workplace. Well this elderly lady (maybe late 60s to mid 70s) pulls up and parks next to me without realizing im in my car smoking. It takes her a good minute to gather her things into her purse and get out of her car. I finish my smoke and get out right after her. Being an employee that hasnt entered the store yet, I dont have my "give a Stit" face on yet so maybe I wasnt up to her expectations of proper. After realizing I get out of my car, she turns around and locks her door with her key fob. Now this might seem normal, but her car was a convertible with its top down the whole time. Yup she locked her car doors with her car's top still down. I stood there dumbfounded for a good 20 seconds in disbelief. Needles to say, all my coworkers got a good laugh at this.

I did the same thing as the dude going through a divorce with my ex wife. She jokingly said that maybe we should get a divorce (she said that like 10 times in our 5 years) and this time I said "Yeah... I hate being miserable with you. I'd rather be miserable with my cat" and she took my cat. Still worth it

so me and my family, we make weight jokes about each other. i know, it doesn’t sound that funny, but us family can really understand others emotions right and if we take it too far, of course we apologize. the kids at my brothers bus stop also know this since we let them know about it and they didn’t have to feel bad for him anymore. but one day when i was jokingly saying to my brothers “hi fathead and stickman c’mon we get to eat some noodles at home” and then my brother went “thanks fat [my irl name]!” and then the other was just laughing. then some parent came up and was like “you should not be saying that to your brothers!” and i haven’t seen that person before so i thought it was someone new. so then i told her about the jokes we make and it’s not serious but then she continued on and went “who cares if it’s a joke, you shouldn’t be treating your siblings with that much disrespect! let me speak to your parents!” so me and my brothers just ignored her and walked home but then she started to follow us so i pulled out my phone and called our dad and told him a strange lady wants to talk to him. then i held my phone up to the lady for her to talk about the jokes we make. my dad was angry and yelled back at her about her wasting his time so good ending for us

Oh I have one, When I was 13 for a school trip we went to a theme park, I couldn’t walk too well due to a leg injury and had crutches. (I could kind of walk but not for long distances) I asked one boy in our group to wait for me and he gave a cold blooded “no” claiming others could wait for me. It was completely disrespectful and I was livid and shocked at what he said. Plus I didn’t know the park that well and I missed so many photo opportunities. The following week I asked what was wrong with him and he said “It’s not my fault your crippled”. Turns out he was also rude to other students including my friend and even kids in the lower grades. I want to make this clear. If one has an injury it is important that you wait for them.

This lady at the ticket place in the movie theater made us miss the first part of the god damn movie because a non parent under 25 couldn’t take a minor to an r rated movie. But the giga chad manager walked up and said as long as we were well behaved and not rowdy we could go. When we ran out of popcorn my brother went back into the lobby to get more and apparently the ticket lady was giving death glares.

At one hotel I was at as a guest, while I was at the front desk this woman came up to the desk and said that the TV in her room was unacceptable and that she wanted one that had three A/V plugs so that her son could play his videogames in stereo. She could not figure out why the hotel did not stock such TVs for her use. (it was awhile back, of course.)

A few years ago I worked in an office that dealt with parking in our town. Our main purpose was to issue parking permits to residents and non residents. Sadly our office is where people could come to pay parking fines. On a few occasions some people would pay for their £35 fines in 1ps and 2ps. I'm sure they did it out of spite, however we would get our own back and make them wait while we counted the money to make sure it was a full payment.

I worked in contruction as a flagger, can't leave the spots until someone else takes over so washroom breaks are hard to get and need to be quick. Day before I was going on my maternity leave, I get a washroom break after needing to go for a while so I'm rushing to get to it which take 7 min to get to. Local lady is in her from yard, says hi, I say hi back but still in a hurry to reach my end goal. That lady lost her mind cussing and yelling at me that she's just trying to be friendly. Don't know what crawled up her butt, one of the more odd ones out there I had to deal with.

One day my mom sent me to the store to get some cheese for dinner or something. As I get home and start unloading stuff on the counter my twin, who at this point has been in a bad mood the whole damn summer says, "why would you get this cheese!? Nobody likes this cheese!" I remember telling her that mom asked me to pick it up as an argument broke out that's too asinine for me to remember fully. What I will always remember is that she started an argument over cheese. Cheese our mom asked me to pick up that I had no say over. (No, I don't remember what cheese it was.) She tries to deny that she ever did that, but I got a journal entry from 8 or so years ago that says she's lying.
