lmao nearly 70% of drivers in my area have fully tinted windows and have been doing it for years with no punishment. I don't do it because I know I'll be that unlucky guy that gets pulled over for it.

Had 20% for 2 yrs never pulled over even when I parked by LEO. I removed my 20% tint bc I have the 3 strike rule for it needs to be changed. Couldnt see 2 people on time who wore dark clothes with poor st lighting at night. Redo tint to 43% which better at night.

I bought an accord with pretty dark after one year ownership I’ve stopped next to cops they didn’t give a shit about i even put half way down barely see my head.

Tinted window laws should be removed.

Limo tint in the back and 25% in the front windows is always my go to. Also, make sure to get ceramic tint as it will keep your vehicle cool inside compared to normal film.

30% is allowed for front windows got to allow 70% of light in.

Even if cops don't enforce it often it gives them 100% probable cause to pull you over even if you are doing nothing else wrong.

The area i live in one group appears to be immune from many laws. The front windows are fully tinted and they know they are immune to tickets. They are everywhere. Fully subsidised.

Heat is no longer a problem with modern high-tech tints that block infrared (heat) and UV, while letting much of the visible light through.

i had limo tint on all 4 windows for 5 years on my first car and never got ticketed do what you want

A guy showed me his tenant windows other day, it was pitch-black from the outside but in the inside you can see outside and everything perfectly fine. It's the new 2020 ishh, that's what they're not telling you

I see blacked out drivers and passengers windows all the time. Cops don’t seem to be enforcing those violations. Tint shops should not sell illegal tint. Just like liquor stores should not sell alcohol to minors.

Cops won’t usually get you unless they looking for probable cause. If they are illegally tinted, i promise they will pull you over at 230 when the bars close. They won’t waste time unless they looking for something. It’s easy pc. No swerving not tailgating. Just like license plate covers. Mostly nothing done until they need cause. Now I am only talking about California.

This CHP cops is Wrong. As a driver of a car thar 5% nana premium around and 15% on windshield i have no problem seeing other cars. For me it reduces the glare and heat. I live in a Republican state of Florida police here do not pull you over for tint. They will first run your tag as long as your tag and insurance is up to date they wont bother you. I have never been pulled from Florida highway patrol or thr local PD, but i have the medical exemption. For me thr government is to powerful and controlling people.

here in big bear ca the sheriffs are power tripping saying any tint at all is illegal under cvc 26708. but yet allow 30% which mine are???? so what is it. 0 or 30?

Too many times I've seen the driver behind me in the HOV lane with no one else in the vehicle, but they abuse their dark tinted windows to evade being caught. So I hope they crack down on this.
