The best way to stop your Gi from smelling is to specifically use Sports based washing detergent, or something like a Tide pod with sports boost. The ones that have oxyclean do an amazing job and sometimes I have to leave my Gi sweaty overnight because I don't have time to wash it, but with sports detergent and/or a sports detergent booster the smell get instantly deleted. Also, some people use vinegar but this method smells a lot better

This is an incredible white belt video. Everyone can benefit from watching this I wish I had it when I started. Great to focus on concepts instead of a specific technique you might not even get into during a roll. Something I would add is being on your side instead of your back from bottom mount is a good general rule of thumb.

You got it. Any specific positions you want to see more details on?
Brilliant video! Great concepts that will certainly help anyone. This was all taught to me in private lessons during my white belt. The problem is how much there really is for white belts to learn. The basic positions (top and bottom), alignment, posture structure and base in all positions, how to move with alignment so you apply maximum effect with minimal effort and in a way that you don't injure yourself, how to relax... The list is a mile long and it's tiny details that not everyone learns easily.

Wow, simple stuff but it just blows my mind how useful it is! That thing in the beginning where you just go to your knees if they put pressure on you is huge.
