Do you guys use package pickup with the post office? I’ve been having a lot of issues with my post office over the past few months.

We do not. I’ve thought about it but haven’t wanted to risk any issues. We live less than 5 mins away from our post office as well and all of the workers know us and take good care of us so I’ve never had a reason to just do the pickup either.

Our buyers pay for it and then we pay for the labels after we receive their payment!

Wow! You have great sales but I'm surprised you promote at 10% and plan on keeping it there for 6 to 12 months. Seems like a long time to experiment with it. New listings seem to get a boost in the search results. I have been waiting a few weeks before I promote at 2%. I just hate spending more on fees to ebay then I already do.

Yeah I’ve been promoting for at 10% for over 2 years now. I’ve tried taking it off in the past and it has just never been worth the trade off for us. Gonna mess with it more in the future once the store gets to the volume we are pushing for!

Do you know if thrift giant strictly gets all their donations from church’s?

No they don’t. They are not a non-profit, but they buy wholesale from non-profits who take donations and go through all the sorting, etc… idk what percent of their inventory is bought vs donated to them but I do know they purchase from wholesalers. If I remember correctly, the plaza thrifts are doing the same. I believe one of the managers told me that the owners of each thrift giant and plaza thrift are brothers.
