As someone who took care of her sick mother until she sadly passed away due to cancer I can truly appreciate you looking after your mother so passionately. It’s the hardest thing I‘ve ever done but I haven’t regretted a single moment ever since. It’s not only immensely time consuming but also mentally incredibly draining while trying to somehow juggle your everyday life. But you’re doing such an amazing job! You should be so proud of yourself ❣️

The thought of my mother one day not being around one day is frightening. Makes life seem so futile. What's the point in raising kids when they will have to watch you suffer old age sickness and death knowing that they one day you will suffer a similar fate. I can relate to the draining part. Sorry for your troubles

I am 52 years old and have been "dieting', restricting and counting calories almost my whole life. My weight issues started after being diagnosed with asthma at 7. I was put on a steroid that caused me to gain a lot of weight over a very fast period of time. This was the start of my diet life style...as a 52 year old Canadian I have never eaten a Poutine as well as many other common treats because I would never eat that many calories in one sitting. After watching your all in video a light bulb went of in my head...I have become so food obsessed and I have to stop the obsession...not by depriving myself but by stopping restricting the food. I made the conscious decision to stop counting calories and stop restricting. I started eating what I want when I want without guilt...the no guilt thing is hard and takes constant coaching on my part. What I am finding is I am losing my obsession for food...I am eating more when I am hungry and less because the clock says it is time to eat. I am enjoying the food I am eating but weirdly I am enjoying food less...hard to explain but buy making food less restrictive I have taken some of the glory away. "treats" are not treats when you can eat them anytime ... food has become somewhat normal to me. Anyway I had never heard of the ALL IN PLAN before and don't suffer from constant hunger or a overly large appetite but your video helped me SO much. Thank you and I look forward to your book.

that is so nice to hear. I wish you all the best and lots of love and support on your journey. Yeah, her all in plan is good for people like her, who are eating less than for a normal person their height and age and also they exercise far more, so they are in a even larger calorie deficit and are undereating up to 40% for example. That is why they have the huge hunger and the other symptoms are similar to all eating disorders bc your body is just out of balance.

Maybe I should have said that Dr. Stephanie Buttermore is an incredible woman because she works hard which is seen in her earning her doctorate which I know from personal experience takes a great deal of hard work. Maybe I should have said that I appreciate her showing her strength and vulnerability on a very public platform. Yes, I also said that she is beautiful because she is. Beauty is shown both outwardly and inwardly. She shares both in how she cares for her mother and looks to healing her own body. I'm so sorry that there are still people on social media who just want to cancel other people's thoughts and words. I'm thankful for the opportunity to give praise where it is due.

The fact that you are imperfect is why you are so relatable and why you are my inspiration. If there were a video about all the setbacks, doubts, downs etc you have, I would watch it everyday just to keep my motivation on the journey of food and body image.

I love this! You're interested in and just doing "normal" things instead of just health and body. When I was midst in my ED, all I could think about was food/exercise etc. Now that you've helped me with my all in journey, I have real hobbies and responsibilities like reading, learning a new instrument, study... Live doesn't revolve around the gym and meal planning 🤗 I'm living LIFE!

Just a word of encouragement in terms of age, I’m almost 37, and I’m in significantly better shape than I was when I was 30. I’ve always been an intelligent trainer. I had some knee and joint issues that I worked on with a physical therapist, and it changed my life. I also gave up some exercises that I realized worsened the issues. I can train much harder now than I used to! Thanks for sharing you life with us, and best of luck as you continue your journey!
