Jordan finals win-loss record 24-11, Kareem 29-27, Lebron 22-33. I'm not even including guys with 5 championships, 4 championships, or Bill Russell. Since if you're ALSO looking at stats, the separation from guys with elite stats IS the finals record and championships. If you DO include guys with 4 or 5 championships, there's guys like Magic, Kobe, Duncan, Shaq, Curry. All of whom, posted elite stats and have winning finals records. Yes LeBron has done more work on the court that's not debatable, but his finals losses hurt his position because we play the game to win and LeBrons finals win percentage and only having 4 rings destroys his position in the Goat debate. Russell is the greatest winner, but he's not the Goat because of Wilt. You can argue Russell wasn't even the best at his position when he played. Compare the years they were in the league together from Wilt rookie year to Russell last year (60-69). Wilt had just as many MVPs, more NBA 1st team selections, more scoring titles, more rebounding titles, and Wilt even led the league in assists 1 year. Even head to head Wilt dominated but Russell had the better team usually and just managed to pull out the win. Russell and Wilt ain't in the Goat debate because of each other (Wilt was better, but Russell won more).

As it stands, it’s either someone believes Bron is the GOAT or they believe MJ is GOAT. I say Bron is, but I can understand someone making an argument for Jordan. These analysts lose credibility and objectivity when they pretend as though Bron doesn’t have a single claim to GOAT status. They pretend Bron doesn’t even have a place in the conversation, and even go as far as to say that if he wins this year, he’ll earn himself a spot in the GOAT debate. Y’all are straight up cappin.

His toughest competition was a baby Paul George , the Hawks with Paul milsap and deMar DeRozan When he was on Miami/ Cleveland the Celtics big three was old and passed their prime. Not to mention LeBron barely break Kareem's scoring record but Kareem played 4 years in college and played without 3 pt era. + Tougher NBA, no easy free throws. In terms of peak, MJ is GOAT. 6X Finals MVP. He did with his teammates. He didnt search 19240123 superstars.

Funny because the same people say 1 more puts Pat with Tom It's not about the greatest player. It's about the greatest draws. MJ is the most prolific money maker in NBA history. It's sll scripted sport entertainment In a fair and honest league going off of numbers that don't exclude shoes, merch and ratings Kareem is easily the GOAT and the only MJ/LBJ debate is for 2nd
