I had a protrusion and an open bite so I got four premolars pulled out. Later on, I got all four wisdom teeth removed. I wish I had known about biobloc and other treatment options so I wouldn't have the protrusion in the first place. I wish all orthos and dentists were like this man. Most people don't care and just want money. It's sickening.

Bill Hang is right. And for anyone reading this who has had extractions and retraction orthodontics, I urge you: DO NOT succumb to the toxicity of certain health professionals who would have you believe your health issues are in your mind. They are not.

Curious is there a certain determining factor between whether jaw surgery vs opening up extraction spaces is more preferable for an individual patient?

Get the FAGGA appliance gets you 8-12 mm of forward growth in maxilla. Also they expand your intermolar to 50-52 mm. @@theboyjames3065 He is brilliant, my favorite of the doctors I saw while I was trying to figure out what I will do for treatment. Unfortunately I could not afford his treatment plan at this time. If I could I would do it asap, but I will have to wait until I am in a better financial position.

@@laurenthurlowMyself included on that front. I've only had email interaction. I'm from the UK so it is extremely difficult to get anyone on board with his pioneering and advanced approach. I hope to have treatment from him at some point. Wonderful man concerned about the health of humans - as we all should be. 👍🏻

My teeth looked just like hers but then I had 4 PREMOLARS extracted and now I got TMJ at first I didn't believe this because it's odd and thought that orthos were trained so highly because we are paying so much money and I agree with you :( at first I thought this was fake but it's not

Hi Dr. Hang, your videos are great. I am 11 month in treatment for correcting an underbite. My ortho took 8 teeth out (4 bicuspids and 4 wisdom). Now I am concerned about the breathing problem. I am already seeing some sagging of my cheeks. I hope you are still in practice and that you can see my message. Could you please give me some suggestions? Thank you.

@@operationleyenda6976 thanks for the suggestion but what Dr. Hang does is also reopening spaces to get teeth implants. Is an appliance enough? I mean I got teeth extracted and I'd like to get them back AND get the maximum forward growth I can. Can I reopen space + implants and get something like FAGGA in conjunction for example ?
