    No. He can wear them because he has been on movies and is a acter now which means he is artist and because of that he needs to wear goofy stuff, because you can't be normal if you are an artist.

    This dude was my hero. When I went to see a WWE event in Germany, I made a poster with the writing 'Batista Bomb' on it, where the o of bomb was a cartoon-style bomb. In Germany, almost noone had brought posters so when he came on stage an looked through the crowd, taking in the applause, he saw little me with my poster and gave me a definite nod and pointed to me. I was dumbstruck. This was my hero. Acknowledging my poster I made to show my support for him. Nodding and pointing at me. This is still one of my fondest memories. I wish him the best of luck in the movie business!

    Awesome video! Thank you Dave! You are absolutely right, education is the key! I retired three years ago at 32 years old and a multi millionaire! And the truth is, I was born with no talent. Everyone has a talent in the family except for me. However, nobody has the drive and persistence that I do. I was fortunate enough to graduate from a university in Southern California. there is nothing more common then unsuccessful men with talent. Now I spend my days with my amazing family on the beaches of southern California and traveling the world without a worry in the world. All because of education!

    "I don't know how much wrestling had to do with my career in acting." Wrestling is acting.

  • @jerelminter

    @jerelminter

    5 жыл бұрын

    Yes it is but in acting you film the same scenes over and over again until the director says "cut" and then edits out the scenes that don't look good and keeps the ones that do. In wrestling they only film it once and that's it. There are no breaks in between matches. It's similar in some cases but it's not exactly the same. Wrestling is tougher because all of the wrestlers do their own stunts every day unlike acting where that's all done by somebody else.

    When i was younger watching him in WWE, i hated him so much. The way he looked, wrestled, how he treated others and all that. But when i started to be more mature, i realized that wrestlers are just acting. Thats not how they really are in real life. Batista was this huge jock type of person in the WWE. The way he was such a bully to Rey Mysterio and all that but just look at him. He is what we call a "gentle beast" . He is also a pretty solid actor. Honestly, haven't really watched many of his films but i watched both the Guardians of the Galaxy films and İnfinity War. Also, i just read a bunch of comments about him cheating on his wife who had cancer. I can't really see that to be the full picture. Cheating sucks, it is a horrible thing to do for sure and doing that to someone that had cancer is just pure evil. I do however believe there is much more to it than that. Maybe it was just an act he had to do for his WWE persona or maybe they had other issues. We can't immediately point fingers like this.

    I felt the same way when i first discovered Stone Cold Steve Austin back in the mid or late 90's, i hated him when he was disrespecting legends and having anger issues. But during Summerslam 1998, i started to like him, right after he won and Undertaker graciously handed him his customized WWE Title and i became simultaneously a wrestling fan since then. He had flaws before like beating up his wife and got arrested but i forgave him, we all make mistakes and we should forgive these wrestlers because there are people too

    Regardless infidelity doesn’t make you a bad person. Sure it’s inexcusable, but you judge someone on how they are as a person. They are still friends, which tells me exactly what I already thought. He’s a very nice, humble human being, prone to mistakes, like we all do. I’m sure if he was to be married now he wouldn’t do that, as it comes with age. Back then he was a young, roidheaded wrestler at the peak of his powers travelling from country to country, state to state with other attractive women wrestlers. Away from your wife for so long, if it was too happen you could understand it. Not condone but understand.

    love this kind of stories, i can relate a lot every single time. forced to work nights for the flexible schedule and the more pay, just working my as off there building up my income. right after i work i go workout, physical gains now, i work out 6 days a week no excuses. then after my 6am-7am workout, i go to my disclosed location and WORK on my hobby, once again building my income and future job.. been hustling for 3 years now. a lot of my friends have turned on me, people hate for no reason, people say u cant do this and that because of this and that. at the end of the day u have to trust your progress and say fuck the world. if youre not doing what you want to do in life thats all on you the next guy will do it for you.

    Bit deep here but Daves comment about his journey taking him back a point where he would love to go back to a time when he could focus on education sounds a lot like a reason as to why i think we do come back or how spirit ( soul) is a journey through many realms of experience. In this experience, Dave reflects on how knowledge is just as important as brawn.

    and nobody forced his wife to stay with him especially when she knew he'd be gone 24/7 for years on end and that he'd have hoes lining up. the only wrestlers who stay loyal are the ones who have kids with their wives and families established already like small childern or teens. she may have been ill but she is not a victim nor a child. she should have divorced him before he became big
