Wow that's such a mindblowing concept that just makes a lot of sense! So in my understanding, everyone has different things that they value, based on how the behaviour benefits them in the past. However, the world operates on its own rules, known as principles. So sometimes our values align with the rules of the world and that causes great success🎉 but when our values don't align with the real world, we may not feel successful. What a nice concept 👍. But then, sometimes I feel like even when our values does not align with the real world right now, it can change in the future and this is probably the case with the pioneers in creative pursuits, trendsetters and leaders. Because of this, I hope to be a great leader someday with all these in mind.

Our values are constantly reflected in the way we choose to behave. This is critically important-because we all have a few things that we think and say we value, but we never back them up with our actions.

You explained so well sir. I loved every word and it's important to learn principals and act accordingly. I came after reading 7 habits of highly effective people's by stephen covey and he said to pe proactive and make principles based decisions, that's why I came here to understand principles

Eintein's said that phrase to Neils Borh while discussing about the nature of reality. Richard Feyman said "If you think you understand quantum mechanis, you don't understand quantum mechanics" All these discussion are on the really really small aspects of the world. So my conclusion is that for the purpose of this video it doesn't matter if the wave function exist.

Real life is and wishes and desires are what we hope for. Everything is relative if you have the interest to look around. It sucks that you needed to explain this because if real people experience real life, then real people would experience real life. I only wish some would care more for caring more by being honest with truth. Wisdom Truth Repect Dignity Be it be the example

@@principlebasedliving3294 In my opinion, A law is closer to a rule or explanation. A principle can also be an idea or strategy. At the very least a principle can give rise to or be a precursor to a strategy. Not sure if laws and principles are synonyms, but they are similar. Laws and principles in this sense are more similar than principles and values or beliefs.

Could it be because they both govern, but do they govern in the same scope and for the same reason? A law to me explains what is and what can not be, but a principle is what a man chooses to be a law that dictates or governs his or her particular interest. I see the word principle being used for so many reasons and in various contexts, almost abusively, whereas laws are specified as the defacto and non-negotiable governing factors. I have been struggling to pinpoint the exact meaning or purpose and use of the word principle, and these were my conclusions. The use and meaning of the word "principle" is more flexible than the word "law". Just check this out: www.dictionary.com/browse/principle

  • @nilo2104

@@davidanthony6408 we have the same meaning with law. It is a given situation like air and sunlight. We cannot say to cover the sun so that there will be no light or stop the air. Therefore if we relate this to life it only means we have to accept its existence and go along with it. Principle for me is something one chooses to believe and to use as the governing factor in life. Unlike law which is obviously naturally exist, principle needs to be tested and verified its truthfulness and consistency before someone believe and accept it as one governing factor. We can say many things for being CALM either positive or negative. For example: (positive outcome) Being calm will create a sound decision or A calm person will make a fierce become tame. (negative outcome) Consistently being calm may somehow abused by other people or Calm people will not fit in furious environment. Whichever principle (positive or negative) chooses by a person is still good for that person, since its application depends on the situation.

Can you give examples of principles? I understand values very well and I know my own. But whenever a see people giving examples of principles: 1. They're not using your definition; 2. They are actually values.

I agree with you. Most people’s definition of a principle is closer to a value, belief or process. The definition that I use is a “law”. So something that exists and operates in his world in which we live, whether we agree with it, know about it or understand it! Natural laws like gravity are easier to see and understand but there are laws that govern happiness, relationships and success. I have other videos that talk about the principles of accountability, choice and control. Thanks for your comment

I really like the presentation. But Einstein was wrong - and I hope that you know this. Not only does "God play dice, he throws them where you can't see them". Get to know quantum reality/physics/mechanics. Agency is a correct principle, predestination is NOT. Predestination is a false principle of Materialism. There is no predetermination. Your choices actually mean something. There's a ghost in the machine. That ghost is you. God gave you agency to decide. HIs foreknowledge of your choices is also a correct principle. His foreknowledge will help with the conflicts that'll be running through your mind as you accept agency.

Hey, thanks for your comment. Sorry I didn’t see it until now! I agree with you that that predestination does not exist and that our ability to choose what we think, feel and do is actually what ultimately determines who we become. I am just beginning to understand at a very simplistic level quantum physics! Thanks again!
