    Bước 1: xác định, gọi tên giá trị đó (có thể xác định những gía trị mình ko đồng ý nhất/ko thoải mái nhất, sau đó từ từ loại trừ ra). Bước 2: từ đâu mà mình chọn gía trị đó, và nó có thực sự là gía trị quan trọng với mình. Ko đc judgment. Bước 3: nên chọn ở cạnh những người chọn, đồng ý gía trị này. Bước 4: set life rules dựa vào giá trị CỦA MÌNH, ko phải của người khác.

    Whats really really important to you, eg in relationships What matters to you most Whats non negotiable, that you cant go without in life What are the good characteristics in a person Freedom, integrity, honesty Susan davids - emotional agility test Values acquired by the age of 5 Acquired through what you do and demonstrate not say Tips 1. Recognize them. Name them.. understand them. Define 2. Critically evaluate and question existing vslues. Become aware .causes and effect. No judgement 3.. connect with people with shared values 4. Set life rules according to your own valies Easier to kno what you dont want that what you do Think about the last time you were very angry. What makes you feel really uncomfortable Imagine a world where you're sorrounded by people reflecting your values Congruency Your compass

    I'm really trying to find my core values . I cant seem to nail down even 3 . When i really think about it . Its really hard if your honest with yourself . I think oi have one then i think of a time i did something that completely goes against it . i dont know if i do have any .

    Start with what you really believe to be true. Make a list and notice any common themes. Perhaps you believe there is almost always a contradiction, perhaps you value Choice or Freedom or idk something like that lol
