    Quality is improving in each video. Nice man. My mind Also plays Tricks. Learn this..learn that..do that..do this..Do Multi task..and the end of the day. i am not going towards the main goal i need to be. But the things which is 2nd in my list i do first lol.

    Thanks! yep our minds have the tendency to focus on what's NOT there, as compared to what is actually present. Mindfulness is all about being aware of your own thoughts and actions, and directing your focus on the present moment.

    What i understood is that anything which makes us unaware of what's going on around us in the present moment leads us to the state of being mindless. Is it so? Like if i am reading my favourite book or watching my fav show and i have no idea what's going on around me at that time.. I am in a mindless state (because i am missing the present moment) although i am focused on reading or watching. . Is this what mindlessness is or i didn't get it?

    Umm i think i am relating mindlessness with wrong example.. Focusing on something intentionally and shuting down what's going on around us at that time is a different thing i suppose...

    Exactly! you answered your own question :) Mindlessness is being in an unconscious state of mind. A reactionary state in which we just go where the wind takes us, not thinking and contemplating. Not being conscious of our choices and decisions. Not paying attention to details, and enjoying the little everyday blessings of life.

    Especially not paying attention to the task at hand, and getting distracted by thoughts of past or Future. Paying full attention to the task at hand is what we call "focus and Concentration" which is certainly a great thing. In fact it's a must for growth and development.
