Hi, this is by far the best and most comprehensive short explantation. I'm writing my master's dissertation on the use of REA ontology for business process modelling and I'm struggling with my introduction to BPM. Do you got some kind of base work on that follows roughly the same line of thought like in your video? I'm having trouble with the massive amounts on information on BPM, to provide a simple introduction in my work

I manage two websites (add .com - I can't type the url in the comments) what-is-bpm this one has lost of resources, links and some links to some good books. toolsforbpm - I created a toolkit to help people with the basics. It is inexpensive - helps me to maintain the other knowledge site. On Linked in there are also a number of groups you could join that may be helpful.

What doesn't get measured doesn't get managed. Chaos is not a business solution. But most engineers I've met understand this. Then there are the okap haps of the world I loath to deal with.
