The key but often biggest challenge is the integration part. I work for a large company whose providers do not use eclinical works or other large systems like those mentioned in the video. Many of our providers can be mom and pop shops, but the biggest challenge is that we are held hostage by the large copy vendors. We’ve seen many companies like EMRSTREAM and although the concept is excellent in an ideal world, we have yet to see one get around those challenges.

I'd consider this to be overuse of Terminate end event. "For a Terminate End Event, all remaining active Activities within the Process are terminated." The use case is when you have two or more ends, for example where one end contradicts the other, at a parallell join for example. This sequence only have one possible end and therefore Terminate is unnecessary.

You did choose the hardier way to connect the elements... When you click on any element options appear to make easy the next action to put new element, Automatically connecting it at the next.

What doesn't get measured doesn't get managed. Chaos is not a business solution. But most engineers I've met understand this. Then there are the okap haps of the world I loath to deal with.

BPM is a system that helps create workflows within an organization and monitor every process to see where there is a need for improvement. At the end of the day, business process management looks to eliminate inefficiencies, human errors, and instances of miscommunication among employees. Get your bpm software listed at SoftwareSuggest and get best qualified leads/customers for your business. murl.com/MQqB
