The reason why Bats and Tony differ is Batman's over obsession with functionality over, Stark's researcher/academic mentality. Same discipline that makes Tony a pain in the ass but a great scientist and Batman a great combatant but a mod-level scientist, cause his curiosity is driven by what he can do to fix the immediate issues, great character development on both sides. I think the future holds greater plots for both characters of writers would focus on their individual aspects.... Like this one where Bruce would simply turn a gift into a weapon and Tony would have the audacity to challenge Gods who gifted him his armour material with that same Armor. Batman's ego makes him think his methods are irreplaceable and Tony thinks he can build himself a way out of any situation... The futility of morals. ❤
