I built one of these for $300. The $50 valves I used aren’t quite as precise but I just taste test it to hit my mix percentage.
what is the second hose coming off the top of the proportioner?
Very nice video. Thank you for sharing! ✨💓

Our pleasure! Thank you!
Why you have two hoses collected at the end of the mixer?
Whats the best way to tighten a leaking porportioner
How do you know what % of SH you are set at?

Hi there! On each valve there are markers so that you know how much SH, water, and surfactant is in the solution!
Great video .. hey what are you using for a pump and size of the gf valves
@Powerwash

The pump is a comet P40 pump and the GF valves for this specific model are 1/2" for the surfactant and bleach and then 3/4" for the water. Since the stallion is 11 GPM you have to have a opening that can support that much flow.
Cool video

Thanks you!
Alright, what gives,,,, I'm new at this but after it all mixes together, does it go through the pressure washing pump, then through the hose to the wand or does it do like a downstream thing or something ???? uhg....

It goes thru the softwash pump
You didn't even mention about turning the SH valve and at what setting gets you the SH% that you would need for whatever you're cleaning.

That is correct. This was suppose to be a general application and use. Getting into percentages like this can get very complicated very quickly because you have to take into account not only the SH valve but how much water is coming into the line as well, how much hose you have, etc... That diluting of the bleach also affects the SH%. That's a great video idea though!
