Thanks for sharing! I really enjoy hearing the history of vintage/ antique quilts. I’ve been quilting and finishing many vintage quilt tops for a friend of mine. Her grandmother made them.

What a treat to see these vintage quilts, Tiffany! I love the history and the styles that were prevalent over the decades! Thank you,,,you did good my girl👍🏻💕
Wonderful information about the quilts.
What a special occasion. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much Tiffany for sharing the bed turning event with all of us. I had never heard of that but it does make sense that back then they would have done that. I think it is a good idea to use even today! I loved seeing all of the beautiful quilts and hearing about the history of each one. The International quilt was so interesting and what a great idea to do a swap. Thanks again; this video will be one that I will watch again! Happy quilting……………..

Had no idea what bed turning was all about. Now I know! Very interesting. As a child, I had a Sun Bonnet Sue quilt that my grandma made. Fond memories! 💜

Thank you. I have been fortunate enough to have been to many bed turnings. They are each a treat and surprise. They always made my fingers itch and sent to my sewing room to start a new quilt, or work on a wip.

Awesome thanks for sharing
very interesting Tiffany, have seen Eleanor Burns do a bed turning video i the past, but this was interesting to hear about the patterns and stories behind each quilt. We so need to label our quilts to give future people the history behind each one, i have read so many books , magazines with quilt stories /pictures where it says quilter/year unknown! So love the history behind all the old quilts.

Phyllis always does amazing with the bed turning ❤️
Awesome thanks. Yes when I was little, I too was taught to crochet, embroidery, needlepoint and sew by hand. Traditional skills for the females besides cooking, cleaning and gardening. Unfortunately I don't recall having quilters in the family.
