Today I am sharing 5 days in a row of tracking with WW (WeightWatchers) and calories/macros using MyFitnessPal! I currently get 31 dailies on WW maintenance!
It’s important to find what works best for you but I hope these videos help to give you inspiration especially when it comes to making filling meals & taking advantage of zero point foods!

    Best tip I've gotten from an elderly Italian friend to preserve fresh basil...pick the leaves, wash and carefully dry them in paper towel, then store them in a freezer ziplock bag in your freezer. I use them in sauce when needed, keep in mind, they turn black very fast, so put the leaves in your sauce right away. It preserves the fresh taste and smell. I'm enjoying your recipes and taste tests😊

    Yes I do this too!! I also put them in the food processor with some olive oil and then freeze them in ice cube trays!

    Hi Nikki. I got a salad kit that had the dried corn and croutons mix in it too, thought the corn was going to be hard. Was a pleasant surprise and wish we could buy that crumble salad topper in the stores. Yum! 😋

    Your week of food has my mouth watering. I am a former WW member, but switched to Healthi (used to be iTrackBites). I was never that into going to meetings, so just using an app works for me. But the app also lets me basically follow WW with zero point foods, weeklies and all the other normal WW stuff. But what I love about the app is that at the same time I'm tracking my points, it also has a feature where is automatically calculates macros and calories ... so I have all that info on my screen at the same time. What I've noticed is that because of eating so many zero point foods (I eat a lot of veg and fruit and not so much processed food), I'm usually at the calorie limit I set for myself way before I use up my points for the day.

    Love the video, the what I eat portion, so cookies are my trigger food, I get that you need to make them. But most people watching probably are trying to lose some type of fat / weight 🤷‍♀️

    When you were set to weight loss, did you use your weeklies? I lost 40 lbs on WW years ago and gained some back so I’m on the program again. I have seen lots of debates on whether or not to use weeklies. I always used them in the past, but with the changes in the program I’m worried that I shouldn’t use them up?

    QUESTION to Niki or anyone--- I made the veggie mix Sunday and today is Tuesday. I cooked it as you did, then stored in a Ziploc bag. But it's already starting to get rather soggy. How the heck do you keep this for a WEEK!!? Thank you❤❤❤

    I read online about a woman who pureed her basil with olive oil, froze it in some bottle or jar, topped with a thick layer of olive oil. Months later she took one out, thawed it, added in cheese, pine nuts and garlic and voila pesto.
