You have a very pleasant way of speaking. Your food of course is very healthy. I am an Indian, I’m a vegetarian, I donot eat breakfast because of my intermittent fasting. For lunch I eat rice or finger-millet with a vegetable sambar, butter-milk, raw-veggies salad and a few nuts. I do consume coffee or tea in late noon. For dinner I eat wheat roti

We eat idly, dosa, puri for breakfast in south India and mostly rice, cooked veggies, chicken /mutton for lunch and roti/rice with cooked vegetables, paneer(made from milk) or meat for dinner 😅 I am so impressed with the food and your living style in yakutia. Is there a recipe for Bereski anywhere. I've been searching but can't find anything.

Had ribeye for lunch and ribeye with oxtail soup for dinner.

mmm❤I could go for them nummys add some seafood of some kind n it's a balanced diet ha😊

For breakfast, I had "French toast" made of the small ends of the loaf dipped in egg and milk and fried in butter. I ate it with maple syrup, made from tree sap. For lunch, I had a cheese pupusa that I bought, with spicy tomato salsa. For dinner, I made fish pancakes, made Korean style, with onion, egg, flour and sesame oil, cracked hominy corn and mustard greens.

Веганских традиционных блюд нет в Якутии. В древности только благодаря животным продуктам и выживали 😅. У нас буквально вся культура на этом и строится :' Но, если хотите попробовать что-то такое, могу лишь предложить заменители животных продуктов, как соя и растительное молоко. Т.е. пирожки с капустой и тестом на основе воды или растительного молока и похлебку из овощей. Но это уже будет не якутская кухня.

As Indian we generally are vegan, india has rich sources of tropical fruits , green vegetables, grains ,pulses ,rice so we eat idli or Dosa, Sambhar, poha , veg sandwiches 🥪 in breakfast, chapatis, rice , veg curry, pudding or curd in lunch, and in dinner we eat biryani, or Nan and veg curry 🍛 😊
