I feel like your videos have taken me through a college course of prepping for pregnancy and motherhood. I'm not married yet, but I feel so much stronger and empowered for when the Lord will bring that season into my life. God bless you, Sister! (And this cover photo just makes me grin. 😁 Love your all's sense of humor! 😄🙌)

As a mama, sarah's videos are the most unrealistic mom videos I can find. Everything is too perfect and clean, too thin and healthy, too much time spent on self (too unrealistic for a mom... Making your own breakfast and sitting alone... So so so unrealistic) so it's truthfully sarah's videos are the most unrealistic mom video you can find. If having kids was as easy as this video looked, mamas would have 10 lol. It's not. And she has someone home to help all day. But hey... I still watch her.... So there is something I like about it lol but DO NOT compare yourself or expect motherhood to be like this at all! This is the worst college course lol. Try dieing to yourself everyday. Try neglecting every aspect of self care because your husband is deployed and your newborn keeps you up all night and you have no family near. Now that's a real life situation that no perfect video can help you with. Only dieing to yourself and taking up your cross everyday. Only putting others above yourself, and outdoing one another in love. You will have to rely on Christ every day for every moment because YOU are NOT enough and you need Christ.

alright alright yall hold up. A couple of things to take into consideration Sarah is self employed, works from home and her husband is the same right now. This CANNOT be compared to 2 parents that work outside the home, kids go to daycare, etc etc. Also this is her career a youtube and housewife...aren't you good at your job? What you are seeing is Sarah being good at her job. You also seeing what It looks like when someone relies on God for their family. God meant family and marriage to be successful he created it. I will say watching her is inspiring however I know given my goals when I have kids it wont look like this and that's okay too. Different strokes for different folks yall.

@@cozetteoconnor1289 I watched a lot of videos and anyone who only takes things for face value would think that her life is easy.I think it’s easy to let things get chaotic, to let yourself go and give your children control over you and your household. It’s actually hard to set boundaries, manage your home to how you want to run it, limit your children and do all of that while being an entrepreneur. I don’t know what videos you have been watching but she makes it clear that her life takes a lot of planning, prep, organizing, and help from the Lord. She talks about how grace from. God and her walk with Christ being her strength all the time. Yes she has family and a Husband at home with her but they were able to curate their lives that way because they work together on this channel. I’m so thankful to your husband for his service and I can only imagine how hard it may be for you, but please don’t sully another woman’s testimony and hard work to curate her life because it’s not your story. I pray that God sends you the help that you need and you are able to get things how you would want them in your own household. Like this young lady has said, I too am always encouraged and inspired by Sarah to be a mother and wife, a proverbs 31 woman, because she shows on her channel that she didn’t wake up like that, she puts in the hard work with her husband, so much so that her movement and routines make it look easy but what it is is practiced behavior. Young lady who’s comment I am under, keep admiring Sarah, and definitely take what you can from this blessed woman sharing her life and daily routines with us. Of course your life will be different because that’s life but she is not being deceitful or showing you something unachievable. You just have to do the best you can and do the work; mentally, physically, and spiritually. God Bless.

Sarah, I super weird trick I have discovered is storing my avocados so that they are touching bananas. For some reason, the bananas speed up the ripening of the avocados so quickly (as in 2-4 days from totally hard to ready to eat), and they ripen beautifully! Wonderful video as always :)

I am muslim and she is a role model and inspiration for me as well. I suppose people who show a great reverence for God and lead a pious life, be it the Christian way or the Muslim or Jewish… has become a rarity or is considered “not cool” nowadays. I think it is so refreshing to watch people like Sarah Therese or Delilah Loeppky and see that it is possible to have a beautiful family and live a life devoted to God in such a pretty way… As a new mom of a 3-month old I am obsessed and learn so much from them ❤️ Wish you the best for the future.

I'm an older viewer, my kid is in his early 20s... yet, I watch your channel all the time because I enjoy your family life. Your children are precious. I loved watching your Hubs and kids making noises that morning and just the general chaos that accompanies real life with 4 kids under 5. Do the kids like smoothies? Or oatmeal? Hope all the little ones are well and you continue to stay healthy and happy eating all those carbs. 🙂 Now, on a personal note... I love seeing Elizabeth in the kitchen. Teach those little ones how to cook. My sweetest memories are of my Grandmas, Mom & Aunt teaching me their favorite recipes. Then I happily taught them to my son. He moved back home after college and I love that a few nights a week we still cook together and talk about his life. I want that for you and your 4 babies.

Sarah! I never understood the water thing either. I thought more was better, but was never a huge fan of drinking water. When I forced myself to drink a lot of water, I was peeing ALL the time. Like at least once an hour. Then I learned what being hydrated truly means. Drinking plain water can deplete our minerals which makes us feel thirsty all the time even after chugging water, because our body isn’t getting true hydration. Minerals are very important in hydration. (Sodium, potassium, magnesium) Now I drink a lot of raw(grass fed) milk, adrenal cocktails(there are a lot of variations when you google, plus powders you can add to water), or my re-mineralized water. Also, eating fruit can be very hydrating! Consuming liquids this way vs just plain water has helped me so much. I’m not peeing all day & I’m still able to nurse my baby wonderfully. My skin is also no longer dry, and unexpected benefit.

My favorite evening sweet treat is a smoothie with a big scoop of peanut butter and a handful of chocolate chips thrown in 😉 that all looks so good! I am just nearing the end of breastfeeding my third baby, and I TOTALLY get being hungry all.the.time. 😂

Good recipe ideas. And it’s “I drank the coffee” since drank is already past tense, or drunk as the past participle if using had, has, or have. “ I have drunk all the coffee that I made.”

Have you tried placing bananas 🍌 in a bowl with the avocados 🥑..it helps the avocados to ripen faster. Works like a charm!

There is such a thing as drinking too much water while breastfeeding lol and it can actually have a negative effect on your supply 😢 you being thirsty all the time might be a sign that you need more electrolytes! So try adding some electrolytes to your water 😊👍🏻

In my country breastfeeding women are advised to drink even 7 liters of water every day 😀 I wonder how much you would need to drink to get those negative side effects.

Drinking too much water is also one of the first signs of Diabetes. I remember it from when I was diagnosed about 16 years ago. So please check your bloodsugar. Hugs from Norway.

I don‘t eat cold stuff at all while I‘m breastfeeding. It takes a lot of energy to heat up again... Warm porridge, warm soups and other dishes, warm tea and I feel good.
