oatmeal bowl:
1/3 cup sprouted oats cooked, berries, 1 tsp hemp seeds, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1-2 tablespoons granola, 1 tsp crunchy peanut butter
rachael's good eats chicken parmesan: rachaelsgoodea...
with side salad, crushed croutons, italian dresing & side of spaghetti!
wild caught salmon, rice, and broccolini on the side
broccolini: add minced garlic & minced shallot to an oiled pan, stir fry trimmed broccolini, once cooked 3-4 minutes add 1-2 tblspn of water and cover with lid for 1-2 minutes, add salt and pepper
thai-inspired crunch salad i eyeball all portions: protein of choice, edamame, diced cucumber, cabbage slaw, sliced carrots, chopped romain, cooked rice noodles, lime juice, salt pepper
healthful radiance thai-inspired peanut dressing:
- 1/2 cup creamy salted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (can use soy sauce)
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- enough water to thin

I give you credit for making such a variety during the week. I tend to eat the same breakfast and lunch for weeks on end. Dinners I'm better and change it up everyday. Have you tried the Dave's Rye bread? It's soooo good.

Finding good vegan protein is such a struggle ! I’ve been liking the brand “naked nutrition- naked shake” I liked the strawberry banana and the blueberry peanut butter (did not like the lemon blueberry lol)!!

How much water do you add to your oats, and how do you make sure it doesn't explode? Idk if it's because you use sprouted oats (so maybe cook-time is shorter), but sometimes when I cook it in the microwave it overflows :( so I always have to make sure I watch it to stop it in time.
