I love how easy some of these meals are, actually inspires me to cook them! Highly recommend using a food processor to chop up a ton of pre-peeled garlic and then freezing it flat in a ziplock bag. Then you can break a little off whenever you need, makes it SO easy especially if you make a lot of Asian food and use garlic every day!

Your “Mmm! Mmhmm!” is cracking me up.

I don’t know why but the time stamps on the meals are my favourite.
