It's almost as you and I don't exist. As if nothing is real. But it is real. All of it. Endlessly. Real.
If Kevin is interested, it would be so cool to hear his opinion on the dishes as someone who isn't as familiar with Korean cuisine as you are, Dooby! Thanks for the great video :)

Would be so cool, as a Dane myself, I sometimes have a hard time figuring out how spicy these dishes actually are, and also if the taste even suits me.

Is it just me or does Busan seem like the perfect balance of dynamic city vibes and a relaxed environment? This episode makes me want to pack a bag and go right now..

Why I read this daddy?
The ambience of outside eating is so appealing. Tina’s culinary expose of Busan’s dishes represents Korean food at it’s finest. I just want to be there.
@ZachShannon1
Жыл бұрын
Right? It's strange, we can eat outside at restaurants in the US/UK/Europe, but it just doesn't have that same feeling. There's something about the plastic stools, the cheap tables, the whole experience that's just better than sitting down outside of a cafe and getting a sandwich and coffee.

@@ZachShannon1 Yeah it's like eating at home cause of the comfort but still eating restaurant foods but outside, really nice.
i love seeing all of the old people cook. you can tell so much love is put into their craft😭❤️

@@LaurenBrodauf well, tbh, not all of them have love for running these food stalls. In Korea, a lot of them will be doing it to just survive. Because they know they're old, it'll be their time any day now. That generation of people believes they can't do anything else to make money, especially by that age. So I'm sure there's a mix of people loving running the food stalls and cooking, and those just doing it to survive.
I found her so so so so random and now i never dare to miss any of her videos. These really helps me to keeping me calmmm
As an American, the low prices for all this freshly cooked food is MINDBLOWING
@bwingbwinggwiyomi

I think the problem with America, Europe and UK is that our higher wages mean the cost of things are higher too. But as we know, lately, they've not been matching our wages consistently well.

yeah well, as a Korean I cannot say we are in such good conditions with economy 😂😂 but I agree cities besides Seoul they do have good price with great food!

They're the best!! Was especially happy to see one on Busan pop up in my feed 🙂 so great
I really loved how you took the time to comment and explain to us everything you ate, even if it makes the video longer. It's actually one of the very rare street food video that I've found informative! It really changes from other street foods videos that goes like "OH MY GOOD ITS SO GOOD" or "yummy 10/10". Thank you so much for taking the time to do all of this! I actually learned today!
I really want to try the street foods there 😭 one day..

Hope you get to come and enjoy the amazing eats here, some day down the road 🙂 Truly worth the trip (along with other great things!)
Love the entire conceptualisation of this video and how you explain the entire dish, its ingredients, the cooking technique and its history, the texture, the flavour, the taste. Just watching this is a wholesome experience that i cannot wait to visit South Korea and experience it first hand.❤❤❤
your description of korean food is extremely on point! you know exactly why they are prepared in certain ways
looooove these kind of videos! It's not all about food, but lessons about history and culture too!
(haven't even finished watching yet but...) the transparency on how much you spent + locations in the description is such a nice touch also the quality and direction of the recent vlogs has been insane, keep it up!!

Tina, your videos have evolved so much and I am here for it! I live vicariously through you as a past chef, admirer of Korean food, and young mom. This is so cool, I hope you eat your heart throughout more places in Korea and let’s manifest, the world!❤
I have been in love with all your 24 hour videos. They always feel so informative and keep me so engaged. Also, watching it while having my meals always makes is so fun.
Such a great episode ❤ the editing was top knotch!! Dooby's positive energy is unparalleled 😍
Kevin and Yeji waiting for Tina to shut up so they can have their coffee 😂
Busan has a special place in my heart since I spent half a year studying abroad there and seeing the markets, various food streets and popular sightseeing spots, I feel nostalgic and happy. :) Thank you!
The food is insane! I remember all of it from when I lived in Korea. I still wonder how it was possible to eat all day and never feel full or bloated and now I’m back home in Europe and I cannot ever eat that much as I did back in Korea 😭.

Love listening to your insight on these dishes and all the shenanigans you get into! Seriously a treat. Also, you're so lucky to have someone move across the world to be with you
Woooww!! It gave me Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations feelings. I just loved the way you taught us all these historical facts about Busan cuisine. Great video as always! ❤👏

I just found your channel and I’m loving all of these food videos 😃🤩🍴
My first time commenting, I’ve been a long-time fan, I didn’t expect myself to finish watching the entire video but it was just TOO GOOD!
I’m going to South Korea on February 2024 and so I have been watching a lot of videos already. This is my first time to watch you. I normally don’t like long videos but I’m just in the middle of watching and I want to comment that I’m already a fan of yours - scenery, how you explain it, so natural, nice personality, love the music. You have the talent to make a successful vlogger. And of course, your film maker is one of the best!
Ahhhhhh loving these 24hr vid series tinaaaa! ❤❤❤
Just found your channel yesterday so I'm binging them all. I love your videos so much.

This video cheered my heart for some reason 🥹 the music, the visuals, the vibes giving a chef's kiss 🫶🏻🫶🏻
you and your partner's reactions at 5:51 were so cute. y'all are ready to eat!
Not gonna lie, 14:12 looks like Main Street Flushing right off the 7 train & A few other spots along the N, R & or W. Commenting this as a good thing. Loving these Korean travelogue videos. I’m home (in NYC) watching this & feeling a little homesick. Hopefully this comment elevates your channel [higher in the algorithm if possible]!
Just love watching your food vlogs.❤ from 🇳🇵
Tina is soooo beautiful and cute that I forget to listen to what she’s saying and I have to go back and listen again😫 I love this format

LOVE your vids!
im literally taking notes off the video, can’t wait for my trip there! thanks for the facts dooobyyy
i love your vlogs y always think your song choices are silly but i enjoy the vibe
Just found your channel and im LOVING THE CONTENT😻✊🏻👼🏻✨
I do like this episode very much. it started off slightly too quiet and chilled for the foodies show on the very lively Busan, but as Dooby builds up her classiness, intelligence and emotions, the show has become a very well-balanced and attractive non-fiction docu show. The handsome gentleman could be shown more as he is too nice to sit there and only react to Dooby.
I’m dying to hear about your next update on the restaurant!! I’ve been praying for the restaurant Dooby
Bro the editing has become much better! Well done 😊
I love thes videos keep making them❤❤
recently discovered your channel and I love these videos. I live in a small town that isn't walkable and doesn't really have any cheap authentic places to eat that are quick and casual. I love seeing different ways of life and the different foods people eat, the histories behind them, and why people love them so much. Great job! You add a really interesting touch to topics on food and culture

Your comment pretty much sums up why this channel appeals to so many of us. Food is the great magnetic force that brings cultures together. And at the latter stages of our life, it remains as one of the last enjoyments to our existence.
Your videos just keep getting better
