    I run a cycle back in 2012. 4 months. 500mg testosterone ethanate / week. I had just some minor acne, blood pressure increased from 120/80 to 150/100, increased libido and hdl cholesterol lowered a bit, some water retention. Other than that, I had become ridiculously stronger (up to 50% within a month), recovering times almost instant and got a really nice body. Workout, 4 times a week and a rich-protein diet. Nice thing is that I retained 70% of those gains in the years to come. And even now that ain't lifting already 2 years my core changed permanently. Even if overweight, I look much better than before. The body fat is much more distributed and no more belly. Before I would look like a pear, now rather look like a bouncer. The problem is that steroid users have never enough and assume really dangerous doses and insane stacks for prolonged times. But if you do it in moderation, the benefits will outcome 10 to 1, the sides.

You can get all of the 9 essential amino acids (your body can made the remaining 11 on its own) from eating different plants, or from meat. Plants are just more environmentally friendly (see: trophic levels), healthier (see: reduction in cholesterol and cancer), and don't forget, cruelty-free (because we're all animals which share similar cognition and reactions to pain).

    Right, stacking your test with ever more compounds will help you "reduce" sides. Also, Anadrol which is described for anemic people is dosed at 300mg/ed. Regular users will never ever go above 150mg. Besides, claiming that steroid users use 10 - 100 times the dose of those on TRT is absurd. The highest dose of TRT which a doctor will describe is 200mg/e10d. 200mg/e10d = 140mg e7d. 140mg * 10 = 1400mg. 1400mg of test is a very large amount, most people never even touch 1000mg. The highest amount of steroid ever taken is Bostin Loyd, he ran 10000mg once, not 14000mg which this guy claims "steroid users" might take. Acne is a possible side effect high blood pressure can be easily treated through diet and choice of drugs. blood clots may occur if your diet is high in cholesterol, which is the same for regular people. If you look after your diet and run a reasonable amount of gear this can't be a problem. Baldness can only occur if you run a steroid which has a DHT derivative, such as Winstrol, Anadrol, Dianavol, Tren etc. Regular test won't make you bald... GH will for example make your hair thicker. Facial hair in women can only happen if they don't know what they are doing, if a woman wants to be feminine and take steroids they can. However they can't choose whatever drug they like, it has to be something like Anavar. If they think Anavar is to androgenic they can always go with SARMS. Erectile dysfunction is almost always caused by not taking HCG or not doing any PCT after their cycle. Shrunken testicles are also a very easy fix, just run HCG with your cycle and your testicles will stay the same size or grow a little. Breast development in men aka Gyno is also very easily prevented. You have to make sure to have nolvadex, arimadex, letro or any other AI:s at hand. All of the side effects can occur if you use the steroids irresponsible, same with drinking. You can hurt yourself with both if you do too much or if you are ignorant or just plain stupid. This guy obviously doesn't have a clue about what he is talking about, i really dislike when uninformed people spread propaganda and fear and claiming it's facts.

    if im not mistaken, any negative side effects you may get from taking steroids only happens if you abuse them, i.e. taking regular dosages that would be sufficient for a horse, otherwise you just take the recommended dosage and cycle off with HCG and youll be fine.

    Correction - you get big IF you train hard and eat to gain. You won't gain a huge amount of muscle if you're not eating in a caloric surplus, and training with progressive overload to stimulate growth. Steroids are like a score multiplier in a game - you get more results for your work, but if you don't do anything to make any points (or gains, in the case of lifting and steroids) then you won't get anything out of it.

    Depends on what type of steroids you use take a look at animals on juice they don’t do anything but they will still be jacked from the juice

  • @Zombies8MyPizza

    @Zombies8MyPizza

    6 жыл бұрын

    Not really. Animals get a bigger baseline of muscle from being injected with steroids, but they don't keep growing for an indefinite period of time. It's like how the study done with testosterone, and the guys that were taking testosterone and not training grew faster than the guys training who weren't on anything - it was a short term study and the guys taking testosterone simply developed a bigger baseline of muscle as a result of taking testosterone. If the study were long term and the testosterone was administered for a long duration, those gains wouldn't have continued. There are very likely several guys in your gym taking steroids - including trenbolone, which is the type given to animals like cows to bulk them up - that you'd never look at and assume they're on steroids.

    Great video, thank you! If you could do a video on tricyclic drugs (mostly anti-depressants) would be great. A while ago, due to a blunt trauma force accident, I was prescribed cyclobenzaprine which is a heavy sedative/muscle relaxant but in the same family of tricyclics. It is definitely the worst drug I have ever taken - after a few days I switched to another muscle relaxant, with fewer and much less severe side-effects. After doing some reading online about cyclobenzaprine, I was amazed to find out some people take it to feel "high"! So, if you could target tricyclics in general and cyclobenzaprine in particular, I'd appreciate it! Thank you!

    @matt atherton I guess it depends on a lot of factors but it does sound pretty extreme at 3 pounds a week, but this leads to the question of weather exercise would even be required for pure hypertrophy. Strength is another matter because that does require training since strength is not based purely on muscle mass.

  • @TetraSamurai

    @TetraSamurai

    Jason ok compared to other drugs, adderall is dangerous. Adderall contains levoamphetamine, which is taxing on the entire cardiovascular system and adrenal system, this will eventually cause adrenal fatigue. The dextroamphetamine in it is HIGHLY addictive, even more so than painkillers like heroin. The d-amp also causes dopamine downregulations and practically rewires your entire dopamine reward pathways. If you keep on taking it, you won't find any pleasure in life unless you take adderall. That, combined with the metabolic rate increase, leads to loss of minerals, water, and vitamins contributing to weight loss, malnutrition, and dehydration. Also, teeth grinding and constant muscle tensing leads to loss of tooth enamel and muscle wasting. The loss of sleep leads to poor cognitive functioning, and extended loss of sleep/or high doses of adderall WILL lead to psychosis or temporary schizophrenia. No other drugs cause such dangerous side effects

    What you are describing here is the result of amphetamine abuse. With a proper diet and sleep hygiene while respecting the dosage prescribed by your doctor, there is no way you will come close to any of these side effects. I've been using them for several years on a daily basis and I am more than fine. Pretty much any substance consumed to an excess and/or not as intended will lead to serious side effects. Caffeine for example can clinically produce all the same effects you just describe if taken in large doses in a matter of a week. It's all relative.

    Would have been nice if you talked about long term damage. Like how your body often gets used to the high level of testosterone and stops producing any itself. That's the reason why a lot of bodybuilders have to take hormone substitute for the rest of their life..

    Don't present a science video with incorrect facts. "Roid rage" is NOT i repeat is NOT a thing. There are exactly ZERO studies proving that anabolic steroids cause bursts of anger. Studies have found correlation but NOT causation, there is a big difference. Reference: > previous research has found correlations between anabolic steroid use and violent criminal behavior, but that this doesn’t establish causation. The authors suggest that the true cause of the association might be that people who use steroids also tend to use other drugs like amphetamines and cocaine - and that this ‘polysubstance abuse’ is what’s most strongly linked to violence. Second, all relevant health authorities including the DEA and FDA (in the US) in the 90's voted to NOT BAN anabolic steroids as they, WHEN USED PROPERLY, are not harmful to health. All relevant authorities voted to not ban their use, however congress wanted to save face and decided to ban them anyway. Futhermore, you should have listed which steroids can do which things. The list of side effects you mentioned are all accurate however it HEAVILY depends on what steroids and what post cycle therapy, such as Clomid or Novadex you are taking. These drugs, Clomid and Nolvadex, are pharmaceutics that stop the side effects of AAS, most notably the growth of male breast tissue with Nolvadex. The side effects produced by Testosterone compared to something like Dianabol, Anadrol, or Winstrol, are vastly different. A healthy man running Testosterone and PCT (post cycle therapy), will have little to no side effects compared to a man running Dianabol stacked with Winstrol taking no PCT. CONTEXT MATTERS.

    You are correct, he said possible side effects, but if you read my comment before replying (idiot?) then you would know that my point is that he should have given context to those side effects. He did not at any point mention post cycle therapy, which is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the steroids themselves. He also should have made it clear that some roids come with few or no side effects and some cause others, for example that Winstrol can cause joint problems but not testosterone, etc.

  • @Johnn4747

    Tesosterone isn't the only steroid out there. While it is the most popular, as it is the base of every cycle, many many other steroids are used beyond testosterone. For example, Dbol and Tren will NOT increase your testosterone levels (if you get lab bloodwork done checking for test levels). Dbol and tren are both amazing muscle builders but do not raise test, therefore, plenty of people that use those two but not test cant have a alleged increase in aggression because they are not on test.

    Medical evidence suggests that HGH does little or nothing to improve anabolic performance, and mainly just screws up pituitary function. That won't prevent shady people from trying to sell it to you at a significantly higher cost than any other drugs that are actually proven to work though. If you're going to do something not good for you anyway, you can save your health and a lot of money by skipping the supposed "edge" of HGH.

    Some of the information in this video is wrong: 2:43 "In an effort to attain the supposedly ideal muscular figure." Competitive bodybuilders/physique competitors actually comprise the minority of steroid users. The most common professional use for steroids is in sports for athletic enhancement. Even endurance athletes like Lance Armstrong who don't benefit from carrying large amounts of muscle use steroids. They don't just make you bigger, they also make you faster and stronger. 4:11 "Interestingly, the steroids won't work on their own, without the right exercise and a protein rich diet." Although it's true that sufficient protein is necessary for anabolism, the bit about the "right exercise" is flat out wrong. It's also a contradiction since at 2:33 the speaker even notes that they have medical uses for restoring muscle mass in patients with muscle-wasting diseases. There have been numerous studies on this, the most salient being the one where subjects were given doses between 25-600mg weekly of testosterone. The subjects who took 300mg and 600mg were not allowed to exercise and respectively gained 11 and 17 lbs of muscle in 20 weeks, more than the natural control group which continued to lift weights. Furthermore, oxandrolone (commonly known as Anavar) has been prescribed to bed-ridden burn patients to help restore and rebuild muscle mass. You don't need to lift a finger to make gains off of anabolic steroids. Of course, a proper exercise routine will greatly augment your results, but any gym rat who says otherwise is either trying to validate their work ethic or using shitty, under-dosed gear.

    Question! Would these steroids work better, if you would put magnets in them and the part of the body you want to build up?

    No it's not, that's magic not medicine, but hey, why not actually link some validated studies to any diseases that you believe magnets to treat let alone "cure".

    wheelhouse15 Magnets don't cure people, but they can add a focus point for the medicine you're taking... That's not magic, that's just how magnets work...

    It's possible we would get more accurate information from someone who has actually taken these items. Some of this is just absolute silliness.
