Take distance of negative people, news, … etc. Focus o:n ✨ everything that is good ✨ everything you can do yourself to create a positive environment for yourself ✨ doing everything you can to yourself to give yourself joy ((in harmony with your environment ), whatever you do, whatever your situation is When you do this every day , as much as you can, you will receive more & more joy and meet more & more positive situations and people.
