6 phase meditation is awesome Vishen! It’s so holistic and has really helped simplify and deconstruct a loaded idea like meditation. It’s simple yet so effective! Thank you so much for creating this. Can I please request you to stay away from politics? There is so much negativity there and you keep posting stuff on Instagram supporting the victimhood culture in the states. I don’t see how it’s changing anything and instead is lowering the level of ideas that people seek from you and mindvalley! Kudos to the amazing work you do!!

Francios Dimasaca There is a lot of different kind of meditation but I’m going to give you the one I’m doing every day at night. First I focus on my breathing then I put my awareness on different parts of my body, until I reach a state of stillness and peace(it’s when the brain shuts off), in the beginning you’ll be able to experience this state just during 5second, more you practice meditation more it’ll be longer. Have a great time with yourself, peace ✌️

Vishen I really love the concept of the 6 Phase. Thank you 🙏 However, as I become more experienced with mediating I find the pace too fast & the amount of speaking/instruction too much in all the versions of the 6 Phase I can find online. Vishen, I’d love it if you, or someone at Mindvalley, could release a version for experienced 6 Phasers - one that is slower, has loud/strong binaural beats & doesn’t have all the info/instruction/content that is relevant to a beginner, but not relevant/needed by an experienced 6 Phaser 😉🙏

It's perfectly simple. As a theorical scientist and meditator for 30 years, I can say this meditation puts you "in wave" for a sane particle. Congrats!
2) Also please leave more space to imagine the day or future and in forgiving part without any talking for a while, in order to do the work imagine plan and feel. Just Give time to focus without any talking in the background ! Thanks a lot !!!

Love - Imagine someone you love. - Imagine they’re in front of you. - Feel in your heart, the love they fill you with. - Give this love a colour. - See your heart filled and surrounded by this colour light. - Imagine this light expand to fill your entire body. - You’re now surrounded by this light. - Feel this light expand to fill the room you’re in. - Imagine this feeling of love emanate from you to every being in the room. - Feel this light expand to the whole building. - Feel this light expand to your city, visualise it. - Say a mantra to the beings to help them, like “may you be free from suffering”. - Feel this light expand to your country, visualise it. - Feel this light expand to the whole world, visualise it. - Say a mantra to the beings to help them, like “may you be free from suffering”. I am grateful to you, it is the first time I meditated after the 6 phases and I successfully passed the 6 phases; I managed to visualize my color and more in phase 6 it exploded into a perfect white with an abundance I didn't know I could do that. Thank you!
I cried all the emotion I have been suppressing. It was tears of sadness, it was a cry of joy and overwhelming emotion. This meditation is by far the most profound of them all. Vishen, thank you for the work, and service you are doing for us. You are truly an inspiration, and I hope one day we can cross paths. I love this meditation. I cried when thinking of the people the loved the most, I cried during gratitude, forgiveness part was the difficult because I don't know whether I cried due to anger or due to letting go off that anger while forgiving few people. My favourite part is where we visualise our future. I can't stop smiling and I kept on smiling thinking about it whole day. I never knew meditation can do so addicting.
I was practicing 6 phase long back I didnt practice this meditation for over a year. Today just happened to experience this million dollar worth guided meditation again. Feeling blessed. Thank you vishen ❤️. Love from india

🌷 Thank you Vishen …. Calming and peaceful. I try to ‘change out’ the - going to work … commuting … lunchtime … after work with friends … to something more relevant for someone retired, not working- no longer a ‘career’. Like gardening or house work or an art project. Some of us have way more behind us than ahead of us. 😊 I wish I could be here when you are 70, and at that point in time you create another lovely- creative meditation. Perspective . We are a very youth oriented world. Thank you so very much for all that you do.
I like the old 6 phase better. This one has no relaxed state of mind in the beginning. Also, you’re heavier on descriptions, which is fine in the beginning, but the more I listen, I don’t need such a detailed guide. A more subtle one would be better. Maybe you can make a 6phase beginner and 6phase advanced?

A great discovery! I like this meditation, also the other versions. But, like most people, I thought it was too fast. Until I discovered something great: I slowed down the speed! From the upper right corner of the video, choose Speed and then 0,75×. It is much better!

The six phase meditation, I started to practise from yesterday. Its wonderful. All the things I do separately, you have contracted into one of six phases. Thanks Vishen. Environment makes me innocent. But I have a little sense of love feeling. This love sense also creating a uncommon, unique sense . Have to feel properly and correctly. Positive emotional feelings creates a perfect creativity. But nothing any knowledge details about everything of humanity. I could feel a lot of love feeling better than before. Thanks for this updated version. I've not been doing this meditation for the past 3 mths and the Omvana app wasn't working. So happy to find this on YT. This version is so much better, esp about imagining a loved one to stimulate the heart feelings and looking at maps etc. It's now easier to envision the light spreading out. I couldn't come up with anyone or anything to forgive which I take to be a good thing cuz it means I might have finally found the will to forgive and move on.
This meditstion was absolutely perfect. Kinistecaly, Visually, and audibly.

This meditation does not have the "deepening" part where he relaxes your whole body. This was extremely helpful and greatly missed. This does not take you as deep as the other 6 phase recording; however, the "forgiveness" phase is clearer than the last recording.

I love this meditation,Vishen.I’ doing it all nights,before i get asleep...Since then,i’m having the feeling i’m blessed,&having a holly nights,with a peace of mind i was needing so much!!I’m arriving to forgive a real badly errors i was victim of,coming from a element very close,in wich i used to trust deeply all my life🙏🙏🙏

too fast paced. too much talking. background music and voice over is beautiful . steps are interesting too but its missed bringing the 100% pleasure of a guided meditation. most ppl still cant meditate on their own they need some sort of guidance and structured steps to flow and dive in meditation. narrators speech is fast too. would love to have a slower version of same meditation

Hello Vishen! First of all, thanks for the great work. 30 MIN VERSION Great meditation and great exercises. However, I feel it is a bit rush, and sometimes it doesn't feel so easy to find someone to love or things to be grateful for. I would suggest that you make a 30 minutes version with more silence moments in between to let people delve into their feelings and visualizations. SPANISH VERSION: Also, I would love to make a Spanish version of this meditation, but I wouldn't like to steal your idea or anything like that. Would it be a problem for you if I do it? Many of my friends and family would get many benefits from it, apart from the 350 million people whose native language is Spanish. Let me know, please. Thanks again, Carlito Fluito
