Ray Mysterio is known to wear one of those masks I think maybe you should start there before you start pointing the finger at poor Chelsea who was close to being announced as the new co winner of the smackdown women's championship

I actually like the idea of the ref not stopping the I Quit match when Cody passed out. It's not logical, but you can use it to further future stories

Me too. Obviously the first thing that comes to mind is when Ken Shamrock stopped the fight when Stone Cold passed out in the sharpshooter, but that was a submission match not an i quit. passing out = submitting in a submission match, but doesn’t equal saying i quit in an I quit match. So in that respect I think it is logical. The words have to be said (unless you’re The Rock lol).

Trilogy matters when story actually connects to the superstar like Cody vs seth despite seth losing twice to Cody it was still make sense for their 3rd match and that was Cody actual first storyline and also the Lesnar trilogy. I really taught aj styles will pass out or match will end up in no contest with both guys not able to move since how important WWE made this story for aj styles but guess what that not happen despite it was aj styles do or die match according to his storyline but he said I quit so it's over.

Jack’s crazy prediction came true, was in complete shock when it happened Hope Priest is alright, his leg hanging from the ropes was a nasty visual

Nah, makes sense for it not to happen. The pop would’ve been massive, but the story they’re building with Drew is this hypocritical guy getting screwed over. I reckon he wins mitb, cashes in on probably Gunther after summerslam . Then have the story of the new champ who hates mitb because it show he lost his title, but it’s how he won it back, and the screwed champ trying to bring prestige to the belt, all the while punk gets closer to being cleared

I know that Nia Jax is the monster WWE want now. But they had Piper, all the time they were waiting for Nia to catch up with the booking, but never used her that way. Hopefully this is the start of 2 power houses getting the run they deserve (maybe even a best of 3 against each other please🤞 )

Dawn and Fyre winning was a giant swerve, and I'm happy they did it.

There were a few awkward moments in the women’s tag match and I’m annoyed we didn’t get more progression in the Gable/Otis story, but killer show otherwise. Doesn’t matter how anyone feels about Drew getting screwed again, that was one of the boldest and ballsiest booking decisions I’ve ever seen. And what’s more amazing is it seems to have worked, people are pissed off but they’re pissed in a way that has them even more invested in the story. And it’s all because WWE is finally telling stories that have logic, continuity and clear character motivations that don’t change on the daily whims of an insane old man.

Why do people always have to shade someone else to prop up the people that they like? To me it is a sign that they really don't believe in those people to start with and are trying to convince themselves they are better than they actually think they are. Nia Jax has been on FIRE sense she came back. Everything is on-point with her right. Why does Piper need to be pushed _instead_ of Nia Jax? Why can't they both be pushed? If you weren't so overzealous, you would realize that they planted seeds for a program between Piper and Nia down the line which if Nia puts her over, would make Piper far more valuable than she is now. There are levels to this....

@@D2Kprime mate, just my opinion aye.. Nia Jax produces great heat but she moves so slow and clunky compared to what moves Piper was busting out against Bayley! I personally find Nia Jax slow and boring to watch in the ring.. I’m not actually a massive fan of both ladies but respect what they do obviously. Was just purely comparing the move set and overall performance of them since they’re BOTH booked as powerhouses.. I just find Piper is WAY more entertaining to watch and moves more like an athlete compared to Jax..

That was a brilliant camera shot of the ref counting to two! I had no idea it was CM Punk! Priest (⚖️)🏆 & Jade Cargrill (💪🏾) was a professional dealing with Vaseline ropes!

I'm just saying, but the Drew vs Punk feud doesn't need to be focused around a belt + doesn't Gunther get a future WHC match at Summerslam?

I wonder which Germans they were trading? Was it like "I will give you Hesse for Bravia" or "Have a rookie Bismark for Kaiser Wilhelm?"

Priest getting his ankle caught was nasty... I hope he just twisted it and will be alright with a week or 2 off. Would suck if he has to vacate the title. But the ending was great, we all knew that would happen in some form but I like the way they did it.

I know what you're saying, but it seems like Gunther is destined to win at Summerslam. I'd rather Drew have no win and look strong than win tonight and lose it at Summerslam.

I kind of have a bad feeling that the women's tag team titles could be going back to Bianca and Jade soon if they are saving the eventual feud for down the line. Or they could be doing it at Summerslam and the seeds get planted in their tag title rematch. Only time will tell

I always suspected Drew would lose. Punk vs. Drew at Summerslam doesn't need the title on the line, as it's big enough anyway. Priest will drop the belt to Gunther on the same night or later at Bash in Berlin

Yes, it was definitely a Tapout but not on purpose. I think shayne just had it on too tight amd jade was getting her to loosen it up, like you do in real life. The problem is you can't do that in wrestling and you definitely can't do that when the camera is watching or that obvious. The whole match was very sloppy.

WWE messed up big time this time. Drew and Gable should have both won the championships. As for AJ..what to do with him now..that means he is either moving out of WWE or else he will be a forever mid card wrestler which he isn’t as I believe he is one of the best wrestler out there. Indeed, Roman best matches were also vs AJ. Cody Vs AJ, I would have opted for a Randy interference, by first helping out Cody for a win and eventually turning vs Cody which then would lead for a Randy vs Cody in Summerslam.

I have to say imho this was the worst PLE the WWE has had in a while. Not sure why, but this seemed more like a show that was just to further some storyline's until Summerslam than anything of substance. At no point did I think Cody or Bayley would lose. I honestly don't see why so many think Gable should be high up on the cards. Jade's lack of experience has been hidden fairly well, until today. I think Drew will finally get the belt, but that it's going to be a slow burn until Wrestlemania, much like Cody, with McIntire actually being the babyface by then.

Last cash at the castle i felt bad for drew they were hyping him so much it was like he was about to become the face of the company. Instead he just became a plot line to intrudice another bloodline member no one cares about. I said them i wished hed leave wwe and go somewhere where they respect him. Instead he inked a new deal with wwe and is going nowhere fast.
