What Future Humans, Cities and Bodies Will Look Like | space and astronomy

Ғылым және технология

Part 1 looks at geopolitical developments 50 years from now. Climate concerns, energy issues, peace and the race for weapons technology will dominate international headlines. We’ll take a scientific look at these topics and add a close-up examine the future of nanotechnology and solar energy, all of which will provide the basis of the dramatic scenes.
Part 2 concentrates on the future of the human body. The effect of medical progress on the body will dramatically change daily life, but this will be compounded by other technological innovations. “Intelligent” clothing and surroundings will serve to constantly monitor a person’s health and well-being in real time. Micro-chips and sensors will be ubiquitous in all kinds of products and will keep just about everything around us online at all times. Intelligent jackets that monitor important vital signs like respiration and pulse already exist as prototypes. Their data could easily be transmitted via a wireless signal, permitting the wearer to be located immediately in case of an emergency. The elderly, the infirmed and even children could be the first to benefit from this invention.
In our dramatic story, protagonist Alain Dega is seriously injured in an automobile accident - a rarity in his day - and receives immediate medical attention thanks in part to his “intelligent” clothing. With multiple fractures and a hairline crack to his artificial heart, Alain is rushed by air-ambulance to the hospital of the future.

it seems pretty obvious now a days how at approximately 1999 there was an effort or agenda created to Limit the average Humans access to higher technology and superior convenience. It seems to hit a wall right after 9/11 ... all we cared about, was whether or not terrorists were gonna get us and we wanted to feel safe again. The only true improvement since then, has been the cell phone industry, but is that even really for the publics benefit? The only group of people that seem to be enjoying the newest, most amazing, most advanced anything , are those with BIG Pockets. Tesla still 75k ? right? If you want to rent a nice apt or condo, you are looking at almost 1/2 ones monthly income...computers are 3x more expensive then what they cost 10 years ago. Flying is becoming more and more expensive ever year. Gas is literally 5-7dollars per gallon! Food now costs 25% more than just 3 years ago. Going out to eat at a restaurant is meant for those who can afford such luxury. The gap between RICH and Poor is the Mariana Trench and they want it that way...Covid was the perfect "Reason" to see the poor as literal cockroaches. Our political elite, are so different from us, that is almost like a different language or country our 'elected officials' that they live on.

Man the whole part about the insurance denial over alcohol levels measured in the man's private home is pretty apocalyptic in my opinion. Good to know the producers of the show understand human compassion will always overcome heatless corporate greed, although the case demonstrated in this video is a matter of luck because the man was a doctor himself and knew his operating surgeon personally.

George Orwell has been living large. "1984" Big Brother is always watching. However, just like the body, "The Government", "The Corporation", and "The System", are still composed of and reliant on their constituent parts which after all, can be manipulated. It's all about how, when, and where to do what to manipulate anything to bring about the desired result. However we are losing the direction, our moral center that should be concentrating on the most important question, "WHY?'

The future does not look much different than what I read in 1960s Pop Sci. and Sci. Digest mags. The problem of hacking is a new topic that was not discussed openly back then but I cannot think of anything new being projected. On the plus side I think this was the first time that I have listened to Prof. Kaku speak truthfully on the limitations and current state of alternate energy. That was refreshing. I'm into the video almost an hour with it in the background and since the video is a little fluffy I am going to turn to more substantial matters on my lists. So far so good. This study only just came out a few weeks ago today, and I have not heard of any reproductions of the experiment yet. Here's to hoping that the latest news in carbon nano-tubes has not yet found the whole truth... I don't have the link but, so If you're interested in the latest science in this technology you'll have to let you're fingers do the the walking. I may come back after I finish watching the video to post it. I;ll just have to do a little searching.

When the hell was this made, in the early 2000's? Most of this stuff is already in use today, alot of it almost in complete common use. They talk about cars not being able to drive themselves without fault, yet they seem to completely forget that Tesla mastered this almost a decade a go and complete auto pilot is a standard feature of all vehicles today. Fusion reactor advancement discoveries are roughly 800 per year up from just a few dozen a decade or so ago, we're getting VERY close to the end of the line for coal power. And if we're still using oil/gasoline/dinosaur farts to power our vehicles instead of using electric vehicles in 2050, we might aswell nuke the entire planet and end it all now because we're screwed either way. This is corporate corruption at it's finest...
