What else to eat in Puglia | My Italy with Margarita
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
The Apulian city of Alberobello is famous for trulli or cone shaped houses. Once homes to the people of this region, the few remaining trulli have been converted to restaurants and shops. At L’Aratro, Margarita learns how to make Puglia’s favorite pasta, orecchiette. In the neighboring town of Altamura, she meets the burrata brothers, Vito, Paolo and Angelo Dicecca and the pane brothers bakers Michele and Giovanni Petronella. The region is known for burrata, having originated in the nearby Apulain town of Andria, while the bread from Altamura has just been awarded DOP status or Protected Designation of Origin.

You can have some the heartiest, healthiest and innovative food in Puglia! I have never replicated orecchiette, althoughI have found Cime di rapa in Borough market, and followed the recipe! The best I had in Puglia, was in Brindisi of all the places! And some tomatoes called Pomodori eterni! Just the most prettiest part of Italy!
This is a great show. I hope they make another season
