For the tech savvy's: the actual cps rate is capped at around the game's fps, or atleast the game's input frames (edit: was way off, its capped to minecraft's ticks and also input frames, block placing happens per tick if i remember and it check if it should create a block by checking the input frame)

Fun fact: in bedrock edition, if you put a nether portal block in the end and go to the nether, you go to the overworld up REALLY high. But when you get down, you can't break blocks. (Hope this was not confusing)
