I'm just along for the ride. You are the one who has to make the plan, pay the admission, drive and then take videos.....so you decide if it needs to be two videos or one. I'm easy to please.

I love both the one and two part videos! Maybe a mixture, with 2-parters when you can. If you're able and willing to put in the editing time, I'll watch. I can't believe they used to carve the stone around the windows, as well as the doors. Amazing talents. When you say "You need trainers... ", I answer "... And stronger knees!" 😂

Sean, thank you for expanding my personal universe with your videos of these magnificent historic chateaus, fortresses, towns, and castles. Being from the USA, we don't have 500 t0 1000 -year- old buildings here. I have always known they exist in Europe, but to see actual videos of them provides me a deeper understanding and perspective that I didn't even know was limited. And especially nice to have them shared by someone I am coming to consider a friend. So, from watching Sean's World, I am learning about how destructive water is to the historic stonework. Here I see the river running right along the base of these ancient stone towers. Does the running water damage this ancient stonework as well? How do they maintain it?

As many parts that it takes. It is mind boggling the number of people it took to build those structures, and the years to build. Incredible what could be built be hand. New York has buildings that are only 100 years old and they are falling down. I could have stayed longer. Thank you, that was fun.

Thanks for more in-depth exploration of these beautiful places. Am wondering if these towns and villages have artisans working at crafting some particular items….would be wonderful if you are exploring this and showing what is being made….highlighting the local efforts to keep craft making alive. Noticed at the end of this video the water cascading from square shaped descending water ‘stairs’ which is an old way to clear and revitalize the water. There is a flowform school in England (Emerson College?) which studies the way water will clear itself by using certain forms that the water will naturally form if given the chance without forcing the water into structured pipes!

I loved both parts... and what a lovely town! Such amazing architecture everywhere you look! I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure! I'm almost sad that I didn't take French in High School... It was the ONLY foreign language offered when I went... and sadly I absolutely HATED the French teacher... she and I NEVER got along... yep almost sad that I didn't take it anyway... though I do not think I could have done well in that class... given well who was teaching it. Ah well... I gave up a LONG long time ago the idea of me ever learning a foreign language... I think I probably could pick up some if I was surrounded by it... I can somewhat understand some of the Spanish that I read... however, I can't speak it. I know little more than I learned from years of watching Sesame Street... Anyway... I know very little French. Not enough to get by even... but I certainly enjoy all the tours.
