Sir, I'm 26 years old. Hight 5'2", weight 80 Kg. 6/7 years ago i found my knock knee for the first time but i didn’t aware about the problem. I have vitamin D desufficiency. When i take vitamin supplement contains 40000 iu for 1 a week/10 weeks, i fell better but after 2/3 months i feel joint pain again however my 400iu regular tablets are going on. I cannot take sunbath. What should i do?
