🤣🤣 Kuch pata isko, iski degree nakli hai. Knee se koi lena dena hi nahi hai knock knees ka. Ye hip bone/muscle ka issue hai. Bechare log is jaise fraudsters ki baaton mein aake apni taangein tudwa denge

Doc Iv question regarding removal the implements from the surgical site. will it be kept inside for rest of the life or it will be removed after proper healing and fixation of bone? Im 23 years old perusing my MBBS and about to graduate. Iv progressive knock knee or I would say it going towards the knock knee. Is there any treatment or any exercises to reverse the condition? one more thing is that I had not much sun exposure since one year and sitting all the time on chair preparing for examss. looking forward to hearing from you, thankssss

As we know for any govt jobs there is a medical test , & i am afraid of it ,I am in stress bcz I have to clear medical tests and I don't have time to wait for so long , is their any method so that my problem will be solved permanently. Hi Doctor, I have been watching your videos,i am big fan of your work. I have been diagnosed of Knee Cartilage fissuring and on MRI below is the result " Patella is normal in position. Extensor mechanism is intact. Mild lateral patellofemoral chondral softening. Focal high grade inferior central and lateral patellar high grade chondral fissuring measuring 2.2 cm transverse by 1.2 cm craniocaudal with subtle subchondral cystic change and marrow oedema. articular cartilage otherwise and patellofemoral ligaments are intact. " Per Doctor Advice, I am taking supplements like Collagen and Omega 3 to repair followed by knee exercise , do you think it will repair of its own. I have seen improvement over time but will i recover fully . I am a sportsperson , i play basketball . Please advice.

Sir i am going to give my class 10thboards in 2022-23 batch and i am 16 years old so can i will be able to study and do various indoor activity after the surgery as I am a chess player so will i be able to play tournaments after surgery in 2023 feb i have boards and in March I will do surgery immediately after my boards and some what march mid and how much time will it take because I will also need to study so could I be able to study after the surgery and would I be able to play chess tournaments as it is an indoor game

Full risk, no solution. There's only one way to manage (somewhat) your knock knees. Exercise! Do butterfly and Clamshell 3 sets each till failure thrice a day for 1 month to get noticeable results.

Hlo Sir, B4 5mnths i did my knee operation nd still now my knee is not bending properly but I didn't give up I'm doing my excercises... If I wrk hrd will my knee bend.

@@medicogirl72 30-40% improvement. Not noticeable anymore after wearing clothes. Make sure to keep your feet to the side while walking (right foot to the right side and left foot to the left)
